Elöljáróban meg kell jegyeznem, addig szívesen vàsároltam itt és másoknak is ajánlottam őket, - azóta nem teszem. A problémás áruval, számlával, garancia levéllel bementem, el sem mondhattam a problémámat, szó nélkül egy papírdarabra felvésett telefonszámot nyomtak a kezembe, mondván az én dolgom felvenni a kapcsolatot a gyártó szervízével. Pedig NEM. Szerencsére ők maximális korrektséggel oldották meg a pronlémát! Szerintem egy kereskedőnek nem csak az àru eladása, hanem törvény szerint is, a garancia és a szavatossági igény érvényesítése a vásárló irányába, is kötelessége.?
