★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A szentjakabi hegyközség által helyreállított, az 1900-as évek elejéről származó feszület és harangláb. Szentjakab községet 1950-ben csatolták Kaposvár közigazgatási területéhez. Itt található a Szentjakabi-hegy vagy Várhegy, magassága 193 m.
Érdekes, hogy ezt a hegyet az 1856. évi katonai felmérési térképen még Cserháti hegynek jelölték. A Szentjakab név az itt már az apátság előtt is meglévő, Szent Jakab tiszteletére szentelt templomról kapta a nevét.
 A crucifix and belfry from the early 1900s restored by the mountain village of St. Jacob. The village of Szentjakab was annexed to the administrative area of Kaposvár in 1950. Here you can find Szentjakabi Hill or Castle Hill, 193 m high.
Interestingly, this mountain was still marked Cserháti Hill in the 1856 military survey map. The name St. James got its name from the church dedicated to St. James, which already existed here before the abbey.
