Párom volt náluk pár hete, szőke tőfestést kért amiből lett egy sárgás valami. Ott szóvá is tette, de azt kapta hogy ez bézs meg divatos ect... Az elején aláírattak vele egy szerződést, hogy távozás után nem fogadnak el reklamációt ami egyáltalán nem korrekt, hogy nem vállalnak felelősséget a munkájuk után. Egy "noname" fodrász javította ki a párom haját ami nem csak sárgás de még foltos is volt. Ne dőljetek be az instán/tiktokon közzétett tartalmaknak, köszönőviszonyban sincs a valósággal. Plusz ráadás hogy a szalon egy kis dohos lépcsőházban van, amit alig lehet megtalálni. Egyáltalán nem hat meg az értékelésemre adott agresszív válasz, ahogy ezt az előző negatív értékeléseknél is látom. Sokkal jobban érdekel hogy a barátnőm napokig csak zokogott és nem volt kedve utcára sem menni azzal a csodálatos munkával amit tőletek kapott. Amiért nem kevés pénzt hagyott ott!

Az időpont foglalás gördülékenyen ment telefonon. A mai napon Detti kezei között szépült meg a hajam, aki egy nagyon kedves és mosolygós lány. Szőke balayage-omból szerettem volna visszanyerni eredeti hajszínem, amely sikerült is. Nagyon kevés szalonnál látom, hogy eredeti hajszínt festenek vissza. De Ők ebben tényleg profik. Sokat vacilláltam, hogy szőkítsem még vagy álljak vissza a természetesre, tanácsot is kértem mit ajánl inkább és felmérte a hajam állapotát, nagyon jó végeredményt kaptam. Ami különösen tetszett, hogy tényleg azt csinálta, amit szerettem volna, mint festésben, mint vágásban. Eddigi tapasztalataim során sokszor éreztem, hogy rám erőltetnek valamit, amit nem szeretnék, itt egyáltalán nem ez volt, az számított mitől érzem jobban magam! Nagyon tiszta és igényes szalon, bankkártyával lehetett fizetni(ez különösen piros pont). Ár-érték arányban korrekt.

Well this place is the true colour of the over famous hair salon. They might do amazing hair creations but I never had a chance to experience it. I live overseas and I was waiting for a appointment for over a year and a half. When finally I got one (Miss Szentkiralyi was on maternity leave, but she was back a year ago) I was late little for 10 minutes, they called someone in for my place. On my arrival they said oh wait 15 minuets. Me and my husband said fine my little just fallen a sleep so we walk on Vaci Street a bit. Well comming back they took some else in to my place and said an other 15 what turned out to be more than a hour so we left. Thx again.

I have quite thick hair, and I am aware that it is harder to color my hair which is why i went to show it to David before hand. I showed a picture of what i want it to look like, and he said we dont use foils but that he would try his best and saw how thick and full my hair was and accepted to work on my hair. I appreciate that the result hardly ever comes out like exactly like the photo but i had blonde/brown balayge before and left the salon after 6/7 hours with copper red patchy hair. I showed a picture of the patch to David and he told me he would fix it and never bothered to get back to me! I think I shouldve been compensated for some of my money because my hair looks awful and even when i had brought it to David's attention and he failed to show me respect by atleast following it up once i had told him. If the color wasnt right atleast he couldve acknowledged his mistake by making my hair patchy and uneven. The staff are nice but its not worth the stress and sadness to leave the salon with patchy hair. I also asked to just trim my hair and he told me he knows this "new technique" which reduced my hair into HALF.I didnt understand what he was doing otherwise I wouldve stopped him. My hair is now half of what it was before and RED/Copper/Ginger and PATCHY. He charged me nearly 52K and I really should be compensated for some of it back.

I am absolutely in love with my result, Mirjam did an amazing job! I was really unsure because I‘m new in Budapest and don’t speak Hungarian, but everyone was super friendly and communication in English went perfectly. This was my first time of getting a blonde balayage on my brown hair and the result was even better than I thought it would turn out. All of that for an amazingly fair price. Love it, thank you!!
