Reakció nélkül maradtunk, úgyhogy mást választottunk mielőtt kifutottunk volna az időből. We tried to contact them through their website in the form of correspondence. We were left without a reaction, so we chose something else before we ran out of time.

E-mailen, Facebook oldalon keresztül nem lehetett elérni őket, csak telefonon. Az elérhetőségen túl sokkal nagyobb gond volt a minősíthetetlen szálláshely: a szőnyeg koszos volt, a wc-ben ürülék maradványok voltak, a zuhanyzó koszos, emellett lepattogzott róla a zománc. A fürdőszoba kilincse le volt szakadva, becsukni nem lehetett. Reklamálásra azóta se kaptunk reakciót, távozáskor nem volt jelen a tulajdonos. Unpretentious, dirty place, I would not recommend it to anyone. I booked accommodation for 1 night for my couple. They could not be reached via email, Facebook page, only by phone. Beyond accessibility, the unqualified accommodation was a much bigger problem: the carpet was dirty, there were fecal remains in the toilet, the shower was dirty, and the enamel was chipping off. The bathroom handle was torn off and could not be closed. We have not received a response to the complaint since then, the owner was not present upon departure.

Természetesen ezt senki nem jelezte előre nekünk... A tulajdonossal felvettem a kapcsolatot hajnali fél 2-kor, aki azt ígérte, hogy fél órán belül vége lesz, de nem tett semmit, így még több órán keresztül tartott a buli, pedig a rendőrség is kivonult már. Ha valaki pihenni és aludni szeretne éjszaka, akkor ide semmiképpen ne menjen! From 9pm to 5pm, a team of 40s partyed, roaring the music as if we were in a disco, so we couldn’t sleep anything. Of course, no one predicted this to us ... I contacted the owner at half past two in the morning, who promised it would be over in half an hour, but he did nothing, so the party lasted for several more hours, even though the police had already left. If you want to relax and sleep at night, don't go here at all!
P	Patko Laszlo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benézték a foglalásunkat. Egy nappal az érkezés előtt írtam egy emlékeztető e-mailt, ez volt az egyetlen ami miatt egyáltalán észbekaptak. Kompenzációt nem ajánlottak fel, csak foglaltak egy másik panzióban szállást a csapatunk számára. Azt mondták a másik panzióban nincs elég szoba, így össze kell bútorozni három főnek. Ez nem volt igaz, volt elég szoba. Ezt követően arra céloztak a telefonban, hogy örüljünk, hogy sikerült egyáltalán csereszállást találni egy nappal az érkezésünk előtt... Nem tartjuk elfogadhatónak, amit ez a szállásadó vendéglátás alatt ért. They checked our reservation. I wrote a reminder email the day before I arrived, it was the only one that caused me to notice at all. No compensation was offered, they just booked accommodation in another boarding house for our team. They said the other guest house did not have enough rooms, so it had to be furnished for three people. That wasn't true, there was enough room. After that, they called on the phone to be glad that we managed to find an exchange accommodation at all a day before our arrival ... We do not consider it acceptable what this hostel meant during hospitality.
