Mikor beléptünk rajtunk kívül 1 vevő házaspár volt a boltban.Az egyik eladó a házaspárral egyeztetett, a többieket nem izgatta van más is a boltban. Mivel amit kinéztünk nem találtuk,bátorkodtam odamenni az eladó hölgyhöz,mert akkor éppen mást nem láttam a közelben.Elnézést kértem,majd akartam kérdezni mire közölte, hogy menjek a pulthoz.Odamentünk,szóltam az úrnak,mire a válasz az volt,hogy menjek a hölgyhöz,mikor közöltem, hogy épp ő küldött oda, "nagyon jó" szintű megszólalással kérdezte mit szeretnénk. Kérdezni akartam egy kádról,erre közölte, hogy meg kell rendelni,semmilyen információval nem szolgált. Onnantól,hogy beléptünk a "Maguk mi a fenének zavarnak minket ?"mentalitást vettem észre. Nagyon csalódott vagyok, ez nem kiszolgálás hanem egy nagy 0. Mit csinálnak, ha több vevő is van a boltba? Elhajtanak mindenkit,hogy rendelje meg??? We had "luck" to come in to you yesterday. Mi házunk felújításához vásároltunk különböző termékeket (zuhanytálca, wc-k, wc tartályok, kád...stb....), volt ami idő előtt (3 héttel az ígért idő előtt!) megérkezett, így nem kell rá várnia a vizesünknek. Hihetetlen rugalmasak, segítőkészek. Tegnap ki is szállították nekünk a termékeket, az ígért időpontra megérkezett az udvarias kolléga aki nem rettent vissza a pakolástól és segített a férjemnek bevinni a házba a megrendelt termékeket. Köszönjük a segítséget!! Jó tanács vásárlóknak: vezetékes telefonon nem könnyű elérni az üzletet, mert sok a vásárlójuk, kiszolgálás közben nem lehet állandóan telefonokat kapkodni, javaslom a személyes megkeresést ;) We are maximally satisfied with the Gyömrői út store in the 10th district. Íme az én történetem velük. 16-án megrendeltem a terméket(ki is fizettem előre.. ez nagy hiba volt), 19-ei szállítással. 17-én felhívtak, hogy az MPL fixebben tudja tartani a kért napot, mint a GLS(1.000 ft-al olcsóbb az MPL a mai napig senki nem utalta azt vissza nekem, fel sem merült bennük, hogy vissza kéne utalni. vicces..) Azon a napon nem jött meg a csomag, napközben felhívtam őket, a válasz az volt, hogy nem adták fel előző nap, EZ VAN, ennyi. Ezt így odavágta az illetékes. Nem sokra rá az ügyintéző hölgy felhívott, aki próbálta menteni a menthetőt, ezért abban maradtunk, hogy másnap esti 17.00-20.00-s szállítással kiküldik az MPL-el. Ezt a külön díjtételt ők állják. Természetesen másnap az MPL küldte a levelet, hogy 8.00-17.00 között hozzák a csomagot. Az ügyintéző hölgy is egyeztetett - állítólag- a postával, akiktől azt az információt kapta, hogy természetesen 17.00 és 20.00 között szállítják, téves az emailben az időintervallum. Nem meglepő módon a futár 13.30-kor hívott, hogy 2 perc és megérkezik.... I don't recommend the store to anyone. Here's my story with them.
