★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rendelésemet lemondták, azzal az indokkal, hogy a termék nincs raktáron. Az értesítés pillanatában a weboldalon a termék még mindig elérhetőként szerepelt. A megadott telefonszámon a gép pedig azt mondja, hogy nem áll módjukban készletinformációt adni. Felajánlották, hogy a megrendelésem nem teljesíthető részét adjam le újra valamikor januárban, mert addigra talán lesz újra a termék. Fel sem ajánlották, hogy a rendelést 2 külön csomagként elküldik, és a tévedés miatt vállalnák az plusz költséget, hanem automatikusan törölték azt, amit nem lehet teljesíteni. Ez a vevők átverése.
My order has been canceled on the grounds that the product is out of stock. At the time of notification, the product was still available on the website. At the specified phone number, the machine will say that they cannot provide stock information. I was offered to resubmit the non-fulfillable part of my order sometime in January because by then I might have the product again. Nor was it offered that the order would be sent as 2 separate packages and they would incur the extra cost due to a mistake, but automatically canceled what could not be fulfilled. This is a customer scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did order via the web shop a Makita tool which was available on there website, than i got an email, 3 dqys later that this is not available they offered me the same tool but with some add on features so i agreed that to buy, 5 hours later they wrote me that this is not available and can only be shipped next year.... I have no clue why they dont have there webshop integrated to there ERP System so they know what is avail or what not.... so they should not complain , if we order with foreign companies or amazon on order to get a professional support
