Nagyon szeretjük az Otthonunkat, köszönjük! We built in 2016 with the help of Szimetrik Kft. It was professionally organized and executed. Építkezés közben derültek ki számomra fontos infók, amikre ill. helyettük legalább opciókra fel kellett volna hívni figyelmet, hogy azért a pénzért, amit az ember fizet a házért, adott esetben mással - még ha pár százalékkal drágább is - kapjon olyat, aminek igazán örül. Úgy látom, hamar túl akarnak lenni a projekten, letudni a megrendelőt... Normál esetben hetek, hónapok a tervezési fázis, ami alatt a tervező MINDEN nagyon fontos részletet átbeszél a megrendelővel, tanácsokat ad neki, elbeszélget az életviteléről, mit hogyan szokott otthon csinálni, stb. és nem csak azt nézi, hogy minél előbb meg legyen a szerződés írva, a megrendelőnek meg... De mit is várunk olyan tulajoktól, akik a megrendelőnek még BEMUTATKOZNI SE TUDNAK, sőt némelyik hátradőlve VISSZA KÖSZÖNNI SE KÉPES, amikor a megrendelő belép az ajtójukon! Na, ezért kapnak tőlem 1 csillagot, mert ha többet akarnak, akkor majd nagyobb tisztelettel fordulnak felém. Jónapot! During the construction, important information for me was revealed, which instead, at the very least, attention should have been drawn to options so that for the money one pays for the house, one might get something else, even if it is a few percent more expensive, that one is really happy about. I see they want to get over the project soon, find out the customer ... Normally, the planning phase is weeks and months, during which the designer discusses ALL very important details with the customer, gives him advice, talks about his life, what he usually does at home. , etc. and not only does it look to the contract be written as soon as possible, to the customer ... But what do we expect from owners who CANNOT INTRODUCE THE CUSTOMER, and even some leaning back CANNOT THANK YOU back when the customer enters their door ! Well, that's why they get 1 star from me, because if they want more, they'll turn to me with more respect. Good afternoon!

Kelloen tajekoztattak ha a terveim esetleg problenat okozna a kesobbiekben. Köszönöm nekik a szep othonom. I did my family home with them, just what I owe them to say. Már az első körös terv is nagyon alapos volt, a későbbiekben pedig mindig rugalmasan igazodtak a kéréseinkhez. Számunkra jó élmény volt velük dolgozni, emiatt ajánljuk másoknak is. Before we made our decision, we consulted with many design offices, but nowhere else have we received as complete and clear information as at Symmetry. Even the first round plan was very thorough, and later they always adapted flexibly to our requests. It was a good experience for us to work with them, which is why we recommend it to others.
G	Gábor Tóth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szimetrik Kft 2016ban építette a házunkat, alaptól kulcsrakész állapotig. Tervezéstől az utolsó tégláig maximálisan elégedettek vagyunk! Bárki kérdezi, csak a Szimetrik Kft-t ajánljuk. A minőség és a határidő együttes betartása jellemezte végig az építkezést. 3 éve éljük mindennapjainkat gyermekeinkkel az elkészült házban és minden nap örömünket leljük benne. Előfordult (2 év elteltével!), hogy észrevettem egy kis hibát. Egy e-mail és egy telefon, majd pár nap elteltével a javítás hibátlanul elkészült! Nem ismerek olyan vállalkozást, aki a garanciális dolgokat is ilyen profin, emberi hozzáállással és segítőkészen kezeli! Mondanánk, hogy ha újra építkeznénk, akkor is újra a Szimetrik Kft-t választanánk, de ez a ház annyira jól sikerült, hogy nem tervezünk következőt.... Egyenlőre :) Tóth Gábor és családja Szimetrik Kft built our house in 2016, from basic to turnkey. From design to last brick, we are fully satisfied! Whoever asks, we only recommend Szimetrik Kft. The combination of quality and timeliness characterized the construction. We have been living our everyday life with our children for 3 years in the finished house and we enjoy it every day. Occasionally (after 2 years!) I noticed a small mistake. An email and a phone, and after a few days, the fix is complete! I don't know a company that handles warranty issues with such a professional, human attitude and helpful attitude! We would say that if we were to rebuild, we would choose Szimetrik Ltd. again, but this house was so successful that we do not plan the next one .... For the time being :) Gábor Tóth and his family

A határidőket betartva, rejtett és váratlan költségek nélkül sikerült egy tökéletes otthont kapnunk a Szimetrik Kft-től. Olajozott gépezetként működött a családi vállalkozás, szinte már mi is családtaggá váltunk. Kedves, empatikus és célorientált emberekkel lettünk gazdagabbak az építkezés során, akik segítettek minket az éppen aktuális törvényi szabályozások betartásában is. Biztosak lehettünk benne, hogy velük az építkezésünk sikerre van ítélve. From the design to the execution, through credit management, we were supported by professional professionals. By meeting the deadlines, we managed to get a perfect home from Szimetrik Ltd. without any hidden or unexpected costs. The family business was an oiled machine, and we were almost a family member. We have become richer with kind, empathetic and goal-oriented people who have helped us to comply with current legal regulations. We could be sure that with them, our construction is doomed to success.
T	Tóközi Imre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pontos, az adott építési telek adottságaihoz igazított precíz tervezés és költségvetés (utóbbihoz tartják is magukat, nincsenek rejtett költségek és a végén annyit kell fizetni, amennyi a szerződésben áll). A tervezés során felhívják a figyelmet azokra a lehetséges problémaforrásokra és buktatókra, amelyekre egy "első házas" véletlenül sem gondolna, de később megkeserítené az életét. Külön felügyelet nélkül is megfelelő munkavégzés (a vezetőtől a kőművesig bezárólag tudják, hogy a jó munkából eredő jó hírük a legjobb reklámjuk, ami a biztos megélhetésük záloga is egyben). Az építkezés alatt jórészt rajtuk kívülálló problémák elhárítását gyorsan, velünk egyeztetve végezték. Összességében azt hiszem mindent elmond, hogy a kivitelezés határidőre történt, nem haraggal/pereskedve váltunk el és azóta (másfél éve) sem volt szükség semmilyen garanciális probléma orvoslására, mert minden olyan lett és úgy működik, amilyennek ígérték. Proper work even without special supervision (from the manager to the bricklayer, they know that their good news from good work is their best advertisement, which is also the key to their secure livelihood). During the construction, most of the problems outside of them were solved quickly, in consultation with us. All in all, I think it says it all, that the work was done on time, we didn’t divorce / resentfully and since then (a year and a half) there has been no need to fix any warranty issues because everything has become and works as promised.

A 2020 végén aláírt szerződésben szereplő árak végig változatlanok voltak, annak ellenére, hogy éppen ebben az időszakban kezdődött az ép.ip-i termékek árának drasztikus emelkedése (kizárólag olyan esetben fizettünk többet, ha "nem várt esemény" befolyásolta az építkezést pl.: homokos talaj miatt mélyebb alapra volt szükség). A cég vezetői minden kérésünkre és kérdésünkre azonnal válaszoltak, korrekt módon álltak hozzá minden felmerülő extra igényhez. Ahogy maga a cég is, a Szimetrik alkalmazottai és alvállalkozói is mind "környékbeliek", régóta dolgoznak együtt, megbízhatóak, alaposak, pontos munkát végeznek - a kommunikáció minden irányban megfelelő, nem csúsznak el a dolgok a különböző szakemberek között. A ház átadása után felmerülő apró javításokat, kiegészítő munkákat azonnal elvégezték, amint szóltunk róla. Örülök, hogy őket választottam, gyönyörű lett a házunk. The executives of the company answered all our requests and questions immediately, and they responded correctly to any extra needs that arose. Like the company itself, Szimetrik's employees and subcontractors are all "local", they have been working together for a long time, they are reliable, thorough, they do accurate work - communication is good in all directions, things don't slip between different professionals. Minor repairs and additional work after the handover of the house were carried out as soon as we talked about it. I’m glad I chose them, our house has become beautiful.
