Találkozásnál mondja az ingatlanos hogy én voltam az első érdeklődő az ingatlanra,majd miután kimegyek (tök feleslegesen) jelzi, hogy foglalózva lesz holnap a lakás már elkelt ,nem eladó a lakás akkor miért nem tud szólni? Akkor minek rángatja oda az embert feleslegesen ha már nem eladó?????? Minek húzzuk egymás idejét? Gondolom a megnézés után is kap valami pénzt,ezért kellett elmennem,aláírnom a papírt... Miért nem tart sorrendet? Ha én vagyok az első telefonáló miért mást visz ki elöször oda? Miért nem szól hogy már tárgytalan a lakás,már elkelt??? Azt már hozzá se teszem hogy amikorra kimentem már az ingatlanközvetítő azt mondta többe kerül a lakás. Valószínüleg a 2. telefonáló aki elöször ment ki még nem tette le a foglalót és úgy volt vele az ingatlanos,hogyha én adok többet egy 500ezerért akkor enyém,ha nem adok akkor a másik vevőé. Ha betartaná a sorrendet a másik vevőnek lett volna drágább a lakás,mert lehet engem is érdekelhetett volna. Senkinek nem ajánlom ezt a céget. Nagyon inkorrekt csapat. Incorrect Real Estate Broker! There is no order. At the meeting, tell the realtor that I was the first person interested in the property, and after I go out (unnecessarily) indicates that the apartment will be sold tomorrow, the apartment is not for sale then why can't you tell me? Then what is it that pulls a person unnecessarily when it is no longer for sale ?????? Why do we spend time with each other? I guess you still get some money after watching it so I had to go and sign the paper ... Why not keep order? If I'm the first caller, why would someone else bring me there first? Why don't you tell me the apartment is already out of stock, already sold out ??? Not to mention that by the time I went out, the real estate agent said it cost more. Probably the 2nd caller who went out first hasn't put down the deposit yet and was real estate with it so if I give more for 500,000 then mine if I don't give it to the other buyer. If I had followed the order, the apartment would have been more expensive for the other buyer, because I might have been interested. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Very wrong team.

Rugalmasak, pontosak a megbeszélt időpontokat betartják. Correctly trusted company.
