In 2015 and 2017 I also ordered doors and windows. I received a quality product both times. I will choose them in 2018 too because there is still a place where I will change windows.

My first order (windows) was made a couple of years ago, then there was no problem with the quality, the tone was different, they were glad to have an order. The fact that they were asked in advance to pay the full (!) Purchase price, citing a negative experience before installation, was not entirely fair, as if the quality was not good, I had already spent the money and then I didn’t have much in my hands for a possible dispute. Still, since there was nothing else I could do, I went inside. This year I placed another order with them for a window and door. We were not impressed with the quality of the installed door, the painting became different for some wood elements, which he said, because the whole door was assembled from different wood, so the paint / stain looks different. Now, such a door could not be sold in any store. Being the door of an outbuilding, I got this because the debate with him and the search for a new carpenter would have taken so much time that I swallowed and didn't take a step. At the time of installation, they realized that one of the mosquito nets was ordered smaller and there was no ledge at the door. I agreed with the mechanics (the owner's son was there) that they would make a bar there and bring it next time. An alternative would have been a masonry work covering the foamy surfaces, but we liked the woody solution aesthetically better. The owner was upset that he wouldn't have offered it and didn't know when it would be ready. It was very difficult to get it ready and brought it out, but the wood on one surface was too narrow there did not completely cover the surface it should. I call the owner to know when this wood element will be there, which he could not answer, has not yet talked to his people. He calls him for five minutes, and in the usual arrogant tone he tells him he didn't want to do it anyway, he doesn't know when it will be, and he'll charge you $ 20,000. Here the glass is full. That's why I set myself up for evaluation because there is no other way in Hungary today to compensate for quality, workmanship, arrogant, humorous tone than to draw attention to what people can expect from this person and what they should be prepared for. However, the case is not unique, it is very typical. Unfortunately, the "more sensible" and qualitatively good worker went out, the rest who stayed at home and such.

I strongly recommend anyone who is thinking about wooden doors and windows, because the price / value ratio is excellent. I have been ordering both indoor and outdoor windows for my new house construction here for several years and I am maximally satisfied!

Dear Everybody! Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the quality, because we did not reach the conclusion of the contract with Mr. Szöllősi. Unfortunately, human qualities are very problematic for the gentleman, which ultimately (at the pre-contractual moment) resulted in a “breakup”. The process of the survey and bidding went quite well with smaller bucks, but when the contract was concluded, there were ambiguous sentences in the text of the sent contract, and the exact quantity and quality of the ordered price was not clear (only my final price is not clear in the case of a HUF 2.5 million contract). When I spoke this, Mr. Szöllősi refused to change it, and then he communicated it to me in a tone that was not acceptable to me. I personally believe that a normal contracting procedure should not take place in such a tone when one is, to put it mildly, treated “peasantly”. Unfortunately, the opinion of 4 years ago, where the entrepreneur was called "arrogant", still holds its own and nothing has changed. I think that anyone who tolerates this tone and blindly trusts a wild stranger who does not train and does not act as a partner should only look for a company called Szöllősi Fa.

We ordered 10 indoor pine doors from János, they did professional work, we are very satisfied with the look and quality of the doors. The installation team, skillful, fast. Our doors were ready before the agreed deadline and they were installed within 1-2 days. Last but not least, we got very reasonable prices.
