★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vettem egy biciklit márciusban, és összeszerelve kértem, de a srác nem megfelelően rakta össze(azóta már nem dolgozik ott). A problémák sorban jöttek, a rossz összerakásból fakadóan. Sokáig halogattam, mert tudtam, hogy nem fogják jól kezelni. Végül elegem lett és a garanciára hivatkozva visszavittem. A srác, aki az ügyet kezelte, folyamatosan szerelőhöz küldött elég flegma stílusban, és rám akarta kenni a dolgokat, de végül felvette a jegyzőkönyvet, bár nem sok mindent írt bele. A problémákat a rossz összeszerelés okozta, amiért viszont fizettem és elvártam volna a rendes munkát. Két hete jött meg a bicikli, de csak ma tudtam érte menni, pár dolgot kicseréltek, és kijavítottak, de még van pár kisebb hiba. Egy jó biciklit szerettem volna a pénzemért, de nem így történt, és elég idegesítő, hogy valaki 10 000ért vesz egy jó biciklit, én pedig több mint 40ért vettem, és csak a baj van vele. Összességében a bicikli nem rossz ár-érték arányú lenne, de nem tudják az eladók kezelni a vevők problémáit, ráadásul egy biciklit sem tudnak összeszerelni.
I bought a bike in March and asked assembled, but the guy did not put together properly (now no longer works there). The problems come primarily, due to the bad összerakásból. Overall, the bike would be not bad value for money, but they do not know the sellers deal with the problems of the customers, in addition to a bike can not be assembled.
