Az alapterületet felfele keretkítik, nem a szakma szabályai, jogszabályi követelmények szerint számolják. Pl. az alapterületbe 100%-al megjelennek a teraszok, erkélyek, adott esetben a garázsok, vagy a pincei tárolók.
Alaprajzok sok esetben meg sem jelennek a hirdetésben.
Tipikusan az az ingatlaniroda, olyan szakmailag gyenge emberekkel, akik miatt sokan megutálják az ingatlanosokat.
