Tegnap maradt kicsi hiányérzetem, ezért ma túrós csusza torta mellé gyorsan sütöttem 2 db kiterített csirkét köretnek.?
Az egyik kapott #szpájsz féle Spiced Mango fűszert + Jack Daniel's Smokey Sweet glaze-t, a másik Mexican Jalapeno fűszert + Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey glaze-t. Bonuskét jött tölgyfa hordó füst. Mind a kettő nagyon finom kombó lett.
Mango verzió édes , kicsit savanykás utóízű, nekem egyáltalán nem csípős, nagyon könnyű, valódi nyárias ízvilágot hozott. Gyerekek úgy falták, mint még soha.?
Mexican Jalapeno pedig... Itt elnézést kérek a helyesírási hibákért és eltévesztett betükért, mert evés közben majdnem leharaptam az egyik újjam?. Hát igen, a jó Jalapeno ilyen, hirtelen és erősen markol, hogy összerántsa az ember ízlelőbimbóit, még az ajkakat is képes enyhén marcangolni, hogy aztán ugyanolyan gyorsan és határozattan elengedje, azért hogy hosszan, de finoman, már már cirógatva melengesse azokat. Tökéletesen összerakott fűszer azoknak, akik szeretik a mexikói ízvilágot. A mézes glaze pedig nagyszerűen körbe foglalja azt.?????

One received #spice's Spiced Mango spice + Jack Daniel's Smokey Sweet glaze, the other Mexican Jalapeno spice + Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey glaze. Bonus two came from oak barrel smoke. Both became very delicious combos.
Mango version has a sweet, slightly sour aftertaste, not at all pungent for me, very light, brought a real summery taste. Kids ate it like never before.?
