★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rendelés automatikus visszaigazolását követően semmilyen információ nem érkezett a kereskedőtől, és a rendelés státusza sem változott a kereskedő weboldalán. 3 hét várakozás után írásban kérdeztem a webshopot, hogy mikor kapom meg a rendelt terméket - ekkor már válaszoltak, és aznap postára adták.
A szállítás díja nem egyezett meg a weboldalon feltüntetettel, sem a rendelés visszaigazolásában szereplő adattal.
A webshopban szerepel a Fogyasztó Barát plugin, de nem kaptam lehetőséget véleményezésre.
Following the automatic confirmation of the order, no information was received from the merchant and the status of the order did not change on the merchant’s website. After 3 weeks of waiting, I asked the webshop in writing when I would receive the ordered product - by then they had already responded and mailed it that day.
The delivery fee did not match the information on the website or the information in the order confirmation.
The Consumer Friend plugin is included in the webshop, but I didn't get a chance to comment.
