In their shop in Pomáz, that glassy squirrel with glasses is annoying at the service counter! The way you talk, the way you behave, scandal !!! I don’t go there anymore because of him, even though the goods were perfectly adequate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy több tételes rendelésnél nem szállítottak le egy tételt, és sajnos kétszeri emailes megkeresésemre sem reagáltak. Mivel előre fizettem, anyagi kár is ért. A fogyasztóvédelemhez eddig nem fordultam, de gondolkodom rajta.
Update: az értékelés után megkerestek, a terméket azóta magkaptam, és elnézést kértek.
For a multi-item order, an item was not delivered and unfortunately did not respond to my double email request. Since I paid in advance, I also suffered material damage. I haven’t turned to consumer protection so far, but I’m thinking about it.
Update: I was contacted after the review, the product has since been seeded and apologized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kicsit eldugott helyen van a telephely és a bolt, navival sikerült odatalálni. Be lehet hajtani az udvarra, van vevőparkoló. Öntöző rendszerekkel és központi porszívóval kereskednek illetve nyújtanak beépítéshez, kialakításhoz támogatást. A kollégák nagyon kedvesek, segítőkészek, igyekeznek a legjobb megoldást adni. A cég webshopot is üzemeltet.
The site and the shop are in a bit secluded place, we managed to get there with navi. You can drive into the yard, there is a customer car park. They sell irrigation systems and a central vacuum cleaner and provide support for installation and design. The colleagues are very kind, helpful, they try to give the best solution. The company also operates a webshop.
