★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online rendelt csomag átvételére, ami kb.45 másodperc volt, másfél órát kellett várni. Persze én voltam a hülye, mert miért nem foglaltam online időpontot is. Mondjuk így nem sok értelme van a sorszámadó gépen a 3 opciónak...
1. Online időpontfoglalásra jöttem.
2. Online vásárlás átvétele.
3. Sorszámot húzok.
Ezzel az erővel elég az 1. és a 3.
It took about an hour and a half to receive the online order, which took about 45 seconds. Of course, I was stupid because I didn't book online. Let's just say the 3 options on the numbering machine don't make much sense ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iszonyat lassú, döcögős ügyintézés, ülőhely nincs, ráadás only hirdetett raktáron meglévő készülék=nem fedi a valóságot, mer másfél óra sorban állás után derül ki, hogy hát ez hetek óta nincs és nemis tudják mikor lessz.
Terrible slow, boisterous administration, no seating, plus only advertised stock in stock = not covering the reality, because after standing for one and a half hours it turns out it's not for weeks and they don't even know when you're losing weight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 értékesítő, akik az egyik leányzó lábának szőrösségét beszélték meg, a mi (ügyfél) füle hallatára... Meg a tetoválásokat. Összesen 1 idősebb (a másik 3-tól) volt hajlandó velünk foglalkozni. Nincs egy órája kb., hogy bent voltam, de így vált szinte semmissé a mobil xl-es előfizetés esélye... Nem vártam vörös szőnyeget, meg bonbon hegyeket, de, hogy normálisan viselkednek, azt igen.
4 salespeople talking about hair on one of the girls' feet in front of our (client's) ears ... And tattoos. A total of 1 senior (of the other 3) was willing to deal with us. It's not been an hour since I've been in, but that way the chances of a mobile xl subscription have almost disappeared ... I didn't expect red carpets and bonbon hills, but yes, they behave normally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Régóta vagyok ügyfelük, de ha megoldható inkább nem megyek személyes ügyfélszolgálatra. Kedvesek, segítőkészek foglalkoznak az ügyféllel, ezzel nincs is gond, de mire sorra kerül az ember az felér egy megőszüléssel! Türelmesek és időmilliomosok előnyben, akinek sietős a dolga annak nem ajánlott.
I’ve been a customer of theirs for a long time, but if it can be solved I’d rather not go for personal customer service. They are kind, helpful and take care of the client, there is no problem with that, but by the time the person comes up with a sharpening! Patients and time millionaires are preferred, and those in a hurry are not recommended for it.
