★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos az ügyfélszolgálatuk csapnivalóan rossz. Tavaly azért vásároltam tőlük trambulint mert azt gondoltam, hogy az alkatrész utánpótlás biztosított lesz. Tévedtem. Érdeklődtem Facebookon keresztül az alkatrész megrendelése előtt, nem kaptam választ. Írtam nekik e-mailt a weboldalon keresztül, nem kaptam választ. Kétszer hívtam telefonon őket (a hölgy tényleg kedves volt) visszahívást ígértek mindkétszer, sajnos egyszer sem történt meg. Ez március 30. óta tart. Mivel a forgalmazó saját terméke a trambulin így bajban vagyok honnan fogom beszerezni a 4 darab hálótartó oszlopot. Valószínűleg legyártatom.
 Unfortunately, their customer service is badly bad. Last year I bought a trampoline from them because I thought the spare parts would be secured. I was wrong. I was inquired via Facebook before ordering the part, I didn't get an answer. I emailed them via the website, I didn't get an answer. I called them twice (the lady was really nice), they promised to call back twice, unfortunately not once. It has been on March 30th. Since the distributor's own product is on the trampoline, so I'm in trouble where I will get the 4-piece column. Probably I'll make it.
