★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azért küldik el az ügyfelet, mert órákra van szükség az ügyintézéshez, zár a bank, menni kell a gyerekért az óvidába?! 15 óra után nem lehet a fiókban bankközi tranzakciót indítani, csak kp-es ki-befizetést?! Egyes fiókokban nem lehet elintézni olyan dolgot, amit még 1 éve simán lehetett, mert változott a bank üzletpolitikája? Ez a rugalmatlanság a nagyon sok ügyfelet késztet bankváltásra. Pozitívum a banki dolgozók segítőkészsége.
