Családi házunkat 105 ezer forintért "takarították ki", külön fizettünk a cementes ablakok és redőnyök tisztításáért, amelybe sajnos az egyik ablak ill. redőny nem fért bele. Szerettem volna megkérdezni, hogy ilyen esetben mit tegyünk. Miután felhívtam Péntek urat, közölte, hogy mivel emeleti, és nem férnek hozzá, kérdezte, hogy "repüljek-e" ill. hosszas vagdalkozása után azt mondta, hogy "jelentsem fel", majd rám rakta a telefont. Mi kisgyermekünk születése után haza tértünk végre, és felkértük őket, bízva abban, hogy ez a cég tényleg jó, (pl. van létrájuk ,"professzionális" ahogy hirdetik), de még a"ahol a papok táncolnak" takarítás jelige is túlzó. Se elnézés, se helyrehozás, se pénz visszafizetés, cserébe viszont a engem, mint "kekeckedő" megrendelőt minősít. Őszintén mondom, elkeserítő,hogy ilyen egyáltalán előfordulhat, és így állnak az emberhez. Az objektív értékeléshez csatolom a képet az ablakunkról,, a véleményt olvasóra bízom, hogy mennyire vagyok kekeckedő. No apologies, no repairs, no refunds, but in return, it qualifies me as a "squeaky" customer. I can honestly say it’s frustrating that this can happen at all and that’s how they stand for man.
