Helpfulness is maximum, kind service, almost everything can be found in parts. If you don't have one, there's always a solution.

Már kezdtem lemondani róla, mivel nem írtak semmit azzal kapcsolatban, hogy erre egyáltalán érdemes-e várnom, vagy meddig. Miután ez ilyen szépen zökkenőmentesen lezajlott megrendeltem a termékeket, amit szerettem volna. Újabb 5 napjukba tellett, hogy rájöjjenek, hogy náluk ezek a termékek nem rendelhetők. Ennél egy kicsit erősebb szolgáltatást várnék el így 2021-ben egy cégtől, ami szeretne eladni valamit. I tried to order at the webshop. The first surprise was that approx. it took me a week to accept (!) my registration. I was already starting to give it up because they hadn’t written anything about whether I should wait at all or for how long. After it went so nicely smoothly, I ordered the products I wanted. It took them another 5 days to realize that these products could not be ordered from them. I would expect a slightly stronger service like this in 2021 from a company that wants to sell something.

Személyesen mentem el érte, így a meghibásodást követően - 2 órán belül - a kazán ismét meleget adott. I immediately received a spare part from the warehouse for Vaillant's boiler. I put it in and it worked. The price was also affordable. I went for it in person, so after the breakdown - within 2 hours - the boiler was warming up again.
