Szamócás kertünket két éve kezdtük el létrehozni.
Célunk az, hogy nagyáruházaktól és általában a piacokon kapható, inkább a tartósságot előnyben részesítő kevésbé finom szamócáktól eltérően a legfinomabb és legfrissebb szamócát tudjuk nektek nyújtani.
A megfelelő fajta kiválasztásához több féle szamóca palántát is ültettünk , ezek közül saját magunk ízleléssel és a szakemberek tanácsai alapján választottuk a Dely nevű fajtát. Szerintünk ez a legfinomabb szamóca,
Nem véletlenül került az angol fogyasztóknál is első helyre.
Erdei szamóca illatával és erőteljes zamatával, az ínyencek legkedveltebbje, ha megkóstolod, rabul ejt az élmény.
2018 nyarán kezdtük el az ültetvény helyén a földmunkálatokat.
A magasított fóliával takart bakhátas módszert készítettük el, így tudunk gyomirtó szerek nélkül termeszteni.
A csepegtető öntöző rendszer a legjobb vízgazdálkodást és a megfelelő tápanyag ellátást biztosítja
a finom,egészséges szamóca termesztéséhez.
A mi szamócánk nagyon finom, viszont nagyon érzékeny is, ezért a szüreteléskor nagyon óvatosan bánunk vele . Arra törekszünk,hogy óvatosan lehetőleg csak a szár csonk megfogásával egyetlen fogással rögtön a dobozba tegyük.
Így kínáljuk nektek fogyasztásra a legfinomabb legfrissebb szamócát.
