Csak azért adok egy csillagot, mert nincs nullás. 16:45 perckor kulcsra zárták a szemem láttára a bejárati ajtót a kint fagyoskodó jó pár ember előtt, idegesen közölte a postás Hölgy, hogy menjenek amerre akarnak, ő zárja az ajtót.
A személyes véleményem, hogy a XXI. században szégyen egy közhivatalra nézve ez a hozzáállás. Ha nincs elég alkalmazott akkor át kell szervezni a munkát.
A postán dolgozóknak azért van munkájuk, mert mi állampolgárok az adóforintjainkból fizetjük őket.
Kutyakötelességük lenne éppen ezért maximális profizmussal kiszolgálni bennünket.
Remélem a posta vezetőségéből olvassa a véleményeket valaki.
Incredibly slow, rude and impatient customer service. I only give a star because there is no zero. At 4:45 p.m., the front door was locked in front of my eyes in front of a good few people freezing outside, the postman told the lady nervously to go wherever they wanted, he would close the door.
My personal opinion is that the XXI. century, it is a shame for a public office to have this attitude. If there are not enough employees then the work needs to be reorganized.
Postal workers have a job because we citizens pay them out of our tax forints.
It would be their duty as a dog to serve us with maximum professionalism.
I hope someone from the post office management reads the reviews.
