The most valuable pieces of the collection include 3200 pieces of calf monastery artifacts, nine letters of Lajos Kossuth, the legacy of the painter Árpád Lőcsey, and the workshop equipment. In the second half of the 20th century, it developed in the course of large-scale river control work, where the fierce battle with water had to be fought, that is, along the South Tisza. The name of the digger comes from the unit of the amount of land extracted (1 cubic meter = 6.86 cubic meters). The special collection commemorates the thousands of poor landless workers who, with a spade, shovel, pick, wheelbarrow, wheelbarrow, made 6.3 million cadastral acres suitable for arable land. A total of 717 new riverbed sections have been excavated over a length of 1716 km. The embankment of the Danube, the Tisza and its tributaries was 6300 kilometers long. By the turn of the century, 17,000 km of railway lines and 58,000 km of roads in historic Hungary were ready.
