L	Lilla Draskóczi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A panziónak a saját oldalán szerettem volna szállást foglalni, amiről pár nap múlva kaptam vissza egy emailt egy ajánlattal, amit szerettem volna elfogadni. 2,5 hét után sem érkezett válasz hogy akkor rendben van-e a foglalás, ezért felhívtam őket (nagyon sokadik próbálkozás után fel is vették a telefont). Bemutatkoztam, mondtam a pontos foglalási dátumot és érdeklődni szerettem volna hogy rendben van-e akkor a foglalás, majd az ügyintéző mondta hogy igen rendben van, de a biztonság kedvéért visszakérdeztem hogy biztosan? (erre azért volt szükség mert ismerősök sajnos már jártak itt úgy, hogy elvileg lefoglalták a szállást majd ki lettek oktatva hogy nem és a bőröndökkel ott álltak a panzió előtt). Ez után a "kedves" ügyintéző rám förmedt hogy ő honnan tudja hogy rendben van-e, azt se tudja kivel beszél és hogy sor van majd később hívjam. Mindezzel nem is lett volna baj ha éppen nem ér rá, de szerintem ha nem tudja hogy rendben van-e valami akkor ne mondja hogy igen és pláne ne ilyen kritikátlan stílusban egy vendéglátós egy vendéggel szemben. Soha többet nem fogok foglalni ide és senkinek nem fogom ajánlani. I wanted to book accommodation on the boarding house's own page, about which I received an email back a few days later with an offer I wanted to accept. After 2.5 weeks, there was no answer as to whether the booking was okay, so I called them (after a lot of attempts, they picked up the phone). I introduced myself, said the exact booking date and wanted to know if the booking was ok then, and then the clerk said it was ok, but for safety’s sake I asked back for sure? (this was necessary because acquaintances were unfortunately already here, so in principle they booked the accommodation and then they were taught not to and stood there in front of the boarding house with their suitcases). After that, the "dear" clerk rumbled to me about how he knew he was okay, who he was talking to, and how I'd call him later. It wouldn't have been a problem if you didn't get it, but I don't think if you don't know if something's okay, let alone in such an uncritical style. I will never book here again and I will not recommend it to anyone.

L	Lucia Hrašnová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place and service! Never go there...the owner is the most rude and stupid human in the World. Unprofessional...outside 13 C inside 15...didn't want to heat the room...except 5 rooms we get just 3 rooms...no towels...no support! Never!
S	Szekeres Imre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ #avoid-at-all-cost Whould have been ok if the owner would not have gave our confirmed and live reservation away saying "called us in the morning and we did not call him back". (No text no mail on top of an unreceived call.) To make things worse we were told over the phone after calling him multiple times. On site. At night. Literally standing on the doorsteps. It was really disappoibting and somewhat troublesome to find another means among the all-booked hotels to spend the night. The worst is yet to come. When we complained about this he raged at us. Blaming us for not being fair by not calling back.

Rudest owner on the world, he has not responded to our e-mails and messages, once we reached him over the phone, told us in the most arrogant way, that we do not have accommodation. We have booked 6 rooms for our wedding guests and found out, that they need to look for another place to stay at the last minute.
