Igazából nem is akart és ezt a tudtunkra is adta. Magunknak kellett minden programot megszervezni. Senkinek sem ajánlom!!! Avoid everyone from a distance! We were a Zita man from Tunisia who literally couldn't do anything or help. He didn't really want to, and he let us know. We had to organize all the programs ourselves. I don't recommend it to anyone !!!

Egy vörös hajú hölgy volt ott akinek szervezni kellett volna ezeket, semmiben nem tudott segíteni! Elkezdte mondani, hogy ha magunknak szervezzük a programokat és valahol bajba kerülünk ne is hívjuk őt! Mindenki messzire kerülje! I recommend anyone! There's a lot of lies and slippers around the company! We were in Tunisia, we couldn't leave any of the promised programs! There was a red-haired lady out there who should have organized them, she couldn't help! He started to say that if we organize the programs for ourselves and get into trouble somewhere, don't call him! Everyone should avoid far!
Z	Zsolt Bartos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Borzasztó, nem ajánlom senkinek! Ne higgyetek a sok kamu profilos 5 csillagos értékelésnek.....Ha csak 1 családot megmentek megérte le írni.......Tunézia...... Mikor oda értünk jelezték, hogy egyik programra se tudunk elmenni ami le volt írva a tájékoztatóba! Kérdeztük a miértjét de erre se kaptunk választ, majd kértük, hogy intézzen valamit mivel emiatt fizettünk és jöttünk ide. A válasz mint mindig ugyan az volt, nem tud tenni semmit. Majdan kiderült, hogy nincs elég jelentkező ahhoz, hogy elinduljunk. Hajlandóak lettünk volna kifizetni a hiányzó emberek árát is amit szintén jeleztünk de mintha a falnak beszélnénk. Látszódott rajta, hogy nem is akar ezzel foglalkozni majd hátat fordított és elment, miközben beszéltünk hozzá! Tarthatatlan viselkedés! Nem értem, hogy miért kell egy tanulatlan, buta embert oda tenni..... It's awesome, I don't recommend it to anyone! Don't believe the many dumb profile 5 star rating ..... If only 1 family was saved it was worth writing down ....... Tunisia ...... When we got there we were told we couldn't go to any program that was down written in the prospectus! We asked why, but we didn't get an answer, and then asked us to arrange something because we paid for it and came here. The answer, as always, is nothing you can do. Then it turned out that there weren't enough applicants to get started. We would have been willing to pay the price of the missing people as well, but as if we were talking to the wall. She realized she didn't want to deal with it and turned her back and talked to her! Unsustainable behavior! I don't understand why an uneducated, stupid person should be put there .....

Nem is találok szavakat amivel meg tudnám publikusan fogalmazni, hogy mennyire alkalmatlan a saját munkájára! Semmiben nem tudott segíteni, bármit kérdeztünk nem tudott értelmes választ adni! Nem emlékszem a nevére, egy vörös hajú hölgy volt! Mindenki messziről kerülje ezt az utazási irodának csúfolt akármit is..... We were in Tunisia, a very unpleasant Woman was our "representative" there. I can't even find words to publicly say how unfit to do my job! She couldn't help anything, anything she asked couldn't give a meaningful answer! I don't remember her name, she was a red-haired lady! Everyone from afar avoid this travel agent mockery of anything .....

A kinti magyar képviselő minden fakultatív programunkat el tudta intézni, amik az elképzelthez képest is jobban sikerültek. Rugalmas volt, ránk szánta az időt. Minden lényeges dologra hangsúlyosan felhívta a figyelmünket. Az idegenvezetése is érdekesebbé tette a programot. Our trip to Crete was very successful. The accommodation by the airline was of a good standard. The Hungarian representative abroad was able to arrange all our optional programs, which were even more successful than imagined. He was flexible, he took the time for us. He drew our attention to all the essentials. His tour guide also made the program more interesting.

A helyi magyar nyelvű idegen vezető mindent kezében tartott, telefonon és személyesen is elérhető volt, a transzfer szervezett volt és kényelmes. Összességében a Görög utazásunk fantasztikusan sikerült! Köszönjük :o)))))))) The staff of the office were at your disposal in EVERYTHING! The offered trip (Crete) met the promises and services in everything. The local Hungarian-speaking foreign guide held everything in his hands, was available by phone and in person, the transfer was organized and convenient. Overall, our trip to Greece was fantastic! Még jó hogy hétvégén zárva az iroda!! We booked on Friday, then the message came on Monday morning that we would go in with the papers signed that day, then at 2pm the email came that our trip was canceled !! It's good to have the office closed on the weekend !!
