★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last night at 10pm was ripped off by taxi from this stand taking us from the train station to St George Residences in Buda. Taxi fare calculator stayed it should have cost 2500 or high price 3100 huf. We were charged 8500! Would give 0 Star if I could. The hotel receptionist was outraged when we told him what we paid and said it should have been at least half that. It is not a good welcome to Budapest and leaves a bad feeling. Will call Uber next time. At least I know the price and it is fair.
