The appointment was confirmed via email, and I was able to get an estimate in Euros or Hungarian Forints. The driver was polite, professional, and on time. Payment was made in cash (Euro) upon the pick-up/drop-off. We had the same driver on both trips who was on-time, well-mannered, professional and friendly. The company provides a very professional and reliable service that I would like to recommend to anyone visiting Budapest.

They were the first one I have ever used since my first day in Budapest, and to have an English-speaking driver get you safely to a new home is more than enough to earn my trust. All their drivers have always been punctual, well-dressed and very polite. I was surprised they didn't charge extras for my transfers at 4AM! I'm happy to have found a reliable service I could use in the long run. More power to you and Judy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional, on time, clean and polite. On arrival airline lost a piece of luggage and the driver was nice enough to wait for us while we sorted the luggage problem out. It took almost a half an hour and the driver had to leave and re-enter the airport queue as Budapest airport is a bite of a zoo.
This was very nice after spending almost a day of travel to get there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very glad we made the booking. Driver was waiting for us at the airport, shook our hands and introduced himself. Went to collect the car from the parking area and came back to us, taking charge of our luggage.
Nice smooth journey to our hotel.
On the return journey he arrived 5 minutes before booked time, which was very good for us. Arrived at the airport in time for booking in.
I can highly recommend the service for anyone going to Budapest.
