With the change in the tax collection system in Europe, they have incorrectly declared VAT, as a result of which we will have to over-declare everything, I sincerely do not recommend working with this company.

We were planning to start selling on Amazon and used Taxually to help us get VAT nrs in the UK and Germany. Altough their support is doing their best, they promised me that the VAT application takes between 4-5 weeks (for Germany) and it's now 8 weeks later and no VAT nr. As a note to the reply from Taxually, it was a bit weird to ask what's going on with the application and to get a reply that I need to file more documents even though I was told that in first place I submitted all documents and I would be reached out to for updates. When, after 5 weeks, I reach out again, and I am told they need more documents, it's quite likely that somebody hasn't communicated properly and/or was not on top of my application to make sure all parties are taking steps as fast as possible. Getting a reply from you saying that ''its hard to make public bodies move faster'', in this case, is quite inappropriate.
