Product quality and customer service star five! I bought a NOTO lower and upper cabinet with a powerbox (switch + socket) on the mirrored upper cabinet. During the wiring, the electrician - erroneously - pushed down the switch, which broke. It hurt a lot because my brand new closet was already damaged by another fault. I was aware that this was not covered by the warranty. I wrote to TBOSS Kft., Asking for information on whether they could send a new powerbox part and in what amount? (product + shipping fee). The next day I was called to send another powerbox for free and they checked to see if they had a contractual partner at my place of residence and sent it there. I received the part two days later. Thank you very much for your quick response and administration, their understanding and customer-oriented service. Rarity is such, and value.

Nice products, but for this amount you would expect to have all the screws needed for assembly / installation included.

Before Christmas, I bought a Classic 130 complete piece of furniture in Sonoma color from their partner store in Satu Mare. A few days after installing the furniture, I noticed during use that the washbasin was literally wavy and it seemed that this washbasin had been leveled to the lower furniture before, but it didn't work well ... (there were some bending marks on the bottom of the washbasin and the spirit levels were different in size). ) This is the way to live. BUT with the top furniture not anymore! The larger, main mirror is not enough to be scratched, but even splinters are defective at two opposite corners. I don’t know what quality control system they have, but it’s something of a VICC! So now that is my first thing at New Year, I was able to visit the store for a complaint! Apparently, this company is also based on a junk Chinese purchase. I don't recommend it to anyone!

The work of customer service is a star five. Partners who sell their products unfortunately contribute greatly to bad judgment. By name, I bought a Lido 75 2F lower washbasin cabinet at Bepa (Soroksári út) where I was misinformed about the availability of the front and counter colors of the cabinet, so I could only order the cabinet at a time. They had no idea how to order a separate counter and a separate front level. They could not add an assembly drawing to the cabinet in advance, although in the world of the internet this is no longer a special request at all. In my final desperation, I called the manufacturer and their customer service was helpful, they sent me the installation guide in a matter of seconds, answered my ordering question, but unfortunately they could no longer change the color of the counter because the cabinet was in production by then. I learned from them that the products will be delivered to the partner store within 3 weeks of the order being placed. What I ordered a cabinet on Aug.8 came in at Bepa on 09.21 because the Bepa employee didn’t place the order on time, I waited 6.5 weeks for that one cabinet because the partner company wasn’t doing its thing. This is not the manufacturer's fault. Only my careless partner sheds a bad light on them. I should have a sample shop for Tboss and neglect the partner companies because the furniture is of good quality, designed, sent assembled, triple protection than the packaging, I think they would be better off selling their products themselves and not relying on any partner company! This is just my vision as a trader. Thanks to the manufacturer and Customer Service and thanks for everything !!!!!

It is very expensive and the quality of the furniture is too low! Not to mention the delivery ... Pressed MDF flat furniture is delivered smoothly into a cardboard box with no edge protection styrofoam! When I unpacked, I noticed that the corner of my bathroom furniture was damaged ...
