★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fortunatly Technoorg's application manager manage to give us advice and still try to help customer as the SEM prep device is still not use as planned for surface science application) : real samples with no idealy flat or plane and with sharp edge, are not compatible with the settings requiered to obtain good results). Possible use as stand alone device on table (with a good skill) but not in a gloves box. The design of the fast load entry and main chamber is not well adapted to sputtering process as material deposition is continuously found on the moving parts (gaskets) of the system ! this requier very much more maintenance than others ! the masks used for are slighty damaged after few hours then the light erosion of them make default visible on the sample (as they work using a plane to mask the sample - the High energy beam makes strays on it)
