Ezek után egyeztettük a vásárló valós jogait, amit az elején valamiért félreértelmeztek. Ezután nagy nehezen megegyeztünk egy nevetséges kompenzációban, amit azóta se sikerült elutalniuk úgy, hogy én a cserét kértem, de letagadták, hogy jogom lenne hozzá. A jogszabály nem zavarta meg őket. A stílus lekezelő volt. Nem ajánlom őket.
