★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Igazi lakásmaffia: valótlan adatokat közölnek az ingatlanokról, össze-vissza beszélnek. Így lehetséges, hogy egy lakásról kis utánanézéssel kiderül, hogy nem is tehermentes, mégsem cserép a teteje és nem is műemlék, miközben ezeket állították. Egyből pénzt akarnak kérni, anélkül hogy bármilyen hivatalos adatot mutatnának a lakásról (tulajdoni lap, igazolás a lakás tehermentességéről).
A tulaj nevében visszautasítanak vételi ajánlatokat, anélkül, hogy a tulajt megkérdeznék. Telefonon sokszor elérhetetlenek. A modoruk is vállalhatatlan, de ez még a legkisebb probléma volt.
Egy jó ügyvéd erősen ajánlott, ha nem akarja, hogy kisemmizzék. Ez az ingatlaniroda erősen kerülendő.
Real housing mafia: they give false information about real estate, talk back and forth. In this way, it is possible that a small inspection of an apartment reveals that it is not unencumbered, yet has tile roofs and is not a monument as they were set. They want to ask for money straight away without showing any official details about the apartment (ownership certificate, proof of the apartment free of charge).
On the owner's behalf, they refuse to bid without asking the owner. They are often unavailable on the phone. Their manners were unacceptable, but that was the slightest problem.
A good lawyer is highly recommended if you do not want to be demoted. This real estate agency is strongly avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nehezen vettem rá magam,hogy ingatlanügynökségen keresztül értékesítsem lakásom,de nem bántam meg. 1 hét alatt eladták az ingatlanom,ráadásul nem pénz lehúzósak,nem nyomulósak. Igazán mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom őket,nagyon segítőkészek,és nem csak addig amíg az érdekeik úgy kívánják. Szuper hely, szuper csapat. Köszönöm :)
I had a hard time getting myself to sell my apartment through a real estate agency, but I didn’t regret it. My property was sold in 1 week, plus they are not money-pulling, not pushy. I can really only recommend them to everyone, they are very helpful and not just as long as their interests so desire. Super place, super team. Thank you :)

Számukra az eladó és a vevő is fontos, hogy mindenki azt kapja, amiért megkeresi őket. Profizmusok az ügyfelekkel történő viselkedésben is megmutatkozik. Ha ránéznek egy ügyfélre, nem bankókat látnak maguk előtt hanem egy embert, akinek az ő tapasztalatukra van szüksége. S ez teszi sokkal különbbé a többi ingatlanirodától!!! A remek hangulat meg már csak hab a tortán. Maximálisan ajánlom őket!

For them, it is important for both the seller and the buyer that everyone gets what they are looking for. Professionalisms in customer behavior are also evident. When they look at a customer, they don’t see bankers in front of them but a person who needs their experience. And that makes it much different from other real estate agencies !!! The great atmosphere is just icing on the cake. I highly recommend them!
