The delivery time, contrary to the promised 1-2 working days, takes more than 1 week, and no information has been provided! It's gas!

Felhívtam a csomagküldő szolgálatot, ott azt az információt kaptam, hogy ma 10 és 13: 30 között érkezik a csomag. Nem mentem sehova, vártam a csomagra. 14:30-kor felhívtam újra a csomagküldő szolgálatot, ahol nem tudták megmondani, miért nem ért ide a futár. Azt ígérték, hogy felhívják és a futár kapcsolatba lép velem. A futár 16 óra után hívott fel és közölte velem, hogy "nem kell azzal foglalkozni, amit a központban mondanak, ők nem tudják, hogy ő mikor ér oda". Ez volt a magyarázat. I did not receive any notice of delivery. After talking to the company on the phone, they provided the contact details of the parcel delivery service. I called the parcel delivery service, where I received the information that the parcel will arrive today between 10 and 13:30. I didn't go anywhere, I was waiting for the package. At 14:30 I called the parcel delivery service again where they couldn’t tell me why the courier didn’t get here. I was promised to call and the courier would contact me. The courier called me after 4pm and told me "I don't have to deal with what they say at the center, they don't know when he'll get there." That was the explanation.

Csütörtökön nem számítottunk rá, de délelőtt hívott a futár, hogy most adja, de nem voltunk otthon, mert nem tudtunk róla, hogy kellene (nem kaptunk smst, időintervallumot). Azt ígérte aznap még kihozza. Nem tette, nem reagált, hívásra, smsre. Pénteken a boltot rengetegszer hívtam, az ügyfélszolgálat 17 percnyi vonalban levés alatt nem kapcsolt. Az értékesitési vonalukon keresztül tudtam elérni őket, azt ígérték elintézik, majd küldtek egy sms-t, hogy aznap 13:30-ig kiszállítják, és a csomagszállító tájékoztat. Végül 2 után előzetes szólás nélkül jött meg a futár. Miatta még el is késtünk aznap. Delivery is catastrophic. Wednesday was promised, no information on when, Wednesday did not come. On Thursday we didn’t expect it, but in the morning the courier called to give it now, but we weren’t home because we didn’t know we should (we didn’t get smst, time interval). He promised to bring it out that day. He did not, did not respond, to a call, to an SMS. I called the store a lot of times on Friday, the customer service was not connected during the 17 minute line. I was able to reach them through their sales line, they promised to arrange it and then they sent me an sms to be delivered by 13:30 that day and the parcel carrier would inform me. Finally, after 2, the courier arrived without saying a word. We were even late that day because of him.
