Azt a "játékot" játsszák, hogy a vizsgálatot követően az orvos által adott receptet, amin a vizsgálat eredménye van ,azt elkérik és nem is adják vissza. Azonnal a vásárlás felé terelik az embert, mèg akkor is, ha csak egy vizsgálatot kért. Számlát és a vizsgálati eredményt nem adták oda, gyakorlatilag kifizettem 4.500,-Ft-ot úgy,hogy fogalmam sincs a vizsgálat eredményéről. Se szóba, se írásba nem tájékoztattak előre,hogy ezzel a "módszerrel" dolgoznak. Senkinek se ajánlom őket, rendkívül erőszakosak, csak a vásárlás számít a szabad döntés joga szóba se jöhet. Emailre nem reagálnak, részemről sajnos felejtős a dolog. Unfortunately, we have no good experience. I do not recommend them to anyone, they are extremely violent, only the purchase matters, the right to free choice is out of the question. They do not respond to email, unfortunately for me it is forgettable.

A javításokról se jegyzőkönyvet se jótállásit nem töltenek ki!!! És jótállási jegyet sem adnak!!! Úgy gondolom kerűljétek a helyet ha rendes szolgáltatást , és hozzáértést szeretnétek!!!!! I do not recommend to anyone !!! Unreliable! The glasses I bought there could not be repaired and if you cancel your purchase they will not refund the price !! Neither the report nor the warranty on the repairs are filled in !!! And they don't give a warranty card either !!! I think you should avoid the place if you want regular service and expertise !!!!!

Nehogy máshol féláron vegyél szemüveget kisgyerekednek ahhoz képest hogy Ők milyen árat adnak. 116000ft Teleki optika. Reklám nélkül 53000ft máshol...Nem közelkeleti lencse. I do not recommend it to anyone! They take advantage of having a child ophthalmologist. They are reluctant to release the find. K	Klára Kartali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem ajánlom senkinek ! A receptet nem adják vissza. Ha más gyermekszemész receptjét viszed azonnal leszólja az eladó a felíró orvost. Flegmák és pökhendiek. I do not recommend to anyone! The recipe will not be returned. If you take a prescription from another pediatric ophthalmologist, the seller will call the prescribing doctor immediately. Phlegmas and pökhendies.
B	Balogh Judit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem ajánlom senkinek a hozzáállásuk miatt. A receptet nem adják vissza, mondván, hogy "az a bizonylata annak, hogy mi alapján készült a szemüveg". És kinek bizonylat? Nem TB támogatott. Ha valóban szükségük van a receptre, akkor másolja le magának és az eredetit adja vissza. A dioptria receptjére ugyanis többször fel lehet írni az újabb dioptriákat. Csupán ezért van szükségem a receptre amiért fizettem. Azt "ajánlotta"az eladó, hogy fotózzuk le...és az orvos majd arra írja a következő receptet??? Persze a receptet nem volt hajlandó megkeresni, majd menjünk vissza, ha nincs rendelés... egyszerűen felháborító!!! Soha többet nem megyünk oda! I would not recommend it to anyone because of their attitude. The recipe is not returned, saying "it is proof of what the glasses were made of". And to whom is the receipt? No TB supported. If they really need the recipe, copy it for yourself and return the original. This is because new diopters can be prescribed on the prescription of a diopter several times. That’s all I need for the recipe I paid for. I "recommended" the seller to take a photo ... and the doctor will write the next prescription ??? Of course he refused to look for the recipe, then let's go back if there is no order ... it's simply outrageous !!! We will never go there again!
j	johann matias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drágán semmi! Én sem ajánlom őket senkinek! 0.5 dioptriára vékonyított üveget ajánlottak, és a legdrágább keretet. Ezt még betudom annak, hogy rámenősek de az elhajlott keretre a fiatal hölgy kedvesen segíteni próbál, az idősebb pedig meghazudtol! Csak ujjat lehet rendelni és ez olcsó, ilyet nem javítanak! Mondom a kollégája mást mondott, erre összehord hetet-havat! A számlát azért elkéri és nem adja vissza. Visszahívást 2x igért és azóta se hív. Inkább hagytam őket! Annak ajánlom őket, akinek kidobni való pénze van! Szemben kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak, olcsóbban :) Nothing dear! I don't recommend them to anyone either! Thinned bottles of 0.5 diopters were recommended and the most expensive frame. I still admit that they are pushing but the young lady is kindly trying to help the bent frame and the older one is lying! Only fingers can be ordered and it's cheap, they don't fix it! I say your colleague said something else, put seven weeks into it! He will ask for the invoice and will not return it. He promised to call me back twice and hasn't called since. I'd rather leave them! I recommend them to anyone who has money to throw away! They were kind and helpful, cheaper :)
