★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of employees can speak English so it was very comfortable and did not have to wait so long. I recommend you to go there around 4:30pm then you don't have to wait so long. I think this place is better than the one in Arkard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting and shambolic behavior from the female staff here. very very rude attitude. Didn't even listen to what I was saying, she kept telling me to come ask my inquires at a later date. I asked her how I could get service off the website and she started going on a rant about how that is a "future situation that she cannot tell me because she does not know the future". Is this your customer service Telekom? where your employees roll their eyes at the customer and talk to you like you're some sort of lesser being???
