Mindemellett a személyzet minden tagja mindig nagyon kedves volt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ English-speaking service was chosen on queue-machine, but somehow we were called by non-english speaking staff member with completelly rude attitude. Luckily I was with hungarian-speaking person, so we continued with translation. We were given wrong information by that man, which I could confirm later the same day with Telekom's online service, which was quite helpful and nice. Cannot understand how can you hire such people for front-line positions who's representing your company and basically are the face of your company.
