Eddig akárhányszor voltam, mindig tele volt nyuggerekkel, akik nem tudják hogyan kell sorszámot kérni, úgyhogy mennek egyből az ügyintézőhöz sorszám nélkül, akik sajnos sokszor nem küldik el őket, hanem váratják azokat akik sorszámmal várnak. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katasztrófa amit csinálnak.40percet vártam a nagy semmiért. Közben 3 ügyintézőnek sikerült 4 ügyfelet kiszolgálni.Hiába volt sorszámom az online időpontok elém soroltak. Soha többet nem megyek oda.
Bekaphatjátok......
