The taxi was sent to a bad address and when I called them the lady on the phone said in an arrogant tone that the taxi was there, if it wasn't there I was like that ... Unqualified!

After I simply complained about the car being driven in front of my nose, my phone number was simply disabled. I find this attitude outrageous.
