Great for hikers and Nature lovers. ? Special thanks to the receptionists and hotel personnels for their warm and kind attitude towards visitors ?? Wishing You a smily stay there, listening to the "sounds of silence" ?

Long story short, good food but the prices are much higher than the food quality, and bad service: The food came really fast (within ten minutes) and was good, but it was more expensive than worth. We sat 15min before a waitress even acknowledged and say hello to us (we even had to grab a menu by ourselves after we waited and didn't got one). When we went inside from the balcony because the weather became cold, we stood ten minutes at the counter to tell this, again, without being acknowledged at all. After we ordered the second time, there was missing items when it was served -which they didn't remember at all, I had to re-order the items after we finished.
L	Lelia Ortega on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent a night in the hotel after visiting the Aggletek caves.The hotel surroundings are beautiful and the hotel and restaurant staff are very welcoming. On the negative side: worn out bedroom and bathroom furniture. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Some of the staff spoke adequate English and/or German which made communication for me a lot easier. I especially enjoyed the escellent breakfast buffet - although the coffee machine malfunctioned a couple of times.
R	Reza Maghsoudi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, we even didn't get to eat there as waiter (tall young guy with aggressive attitude) kept us waiting for 15 minutes meanwhile he served next table 3 times. I recommend to management to look into this if they don't wish to lose customers. Btw, he even couldn't or pretends not to speak in English in this touristy location.
P	Pierre Guerrand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception was good, like the rooms. The place is beautifully if you want to do wonderful hiking ways. But, the problem is with the restaurant. Even if the food is really good, the problem is with the opening hours. It is written that it's open until 8pm but the staff hesitate to accept us at 6 and a half. The first day, at 7pm, we couldn't eat anything because they refused to serve us... There is no big supermarket around, so be aware !
