S	Soós Emese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tegnap Bp- ről érkeztem unokaöcsémet felvéve után Püspökhatvanon keresztül. Éhesen. Házias ízvilágú éttermet, kedves tulajdonost, csodálatos környezetet rég ismerjük. Átlagos harmadosztályú hely, házias ételeket kedvelő túlsúlyos pincér, aki néha elfelejt köszönni. Tegnap viszont nagyon rossz szájízt hagyott, ami teljesen felülírta a hely hangulatát. Többször fennhangon rámszólt, rendelés felvételekor amiért elvettem az étlapot (azt gondolná az ember a vendégnek lenne oka panaszra ha nem a pincér hozza ki az étlapot bizonyos időn belül) Karácsonyi hangulatom és az étvágyam vette, mire közöltem ezt vele, a válasza az volt : "hála Istennek" Az a szerencséjük, hogy a senki háta mögött nincs konkurencia, másképp vigyáznának a törzsvendégekre. Ha a tulaj rokona volt a pincér akkor különösen szégyellje magát, és végezzen el egy vendéglátóiparit hogyan is kell vendéget fogadnia, és kiszolgálnia még akkor is, ha az egy vidéki étterem. Az apartman nem volt elkészítve: Nem volt ágynemű mindenkinek, 4-en fél tekercs WC papírt és 2db törölközőt kaptunk, illetve kicsit hűvösebb idő volt és így 19,5 °C volt csak az apartmanban. Ezeket a problémákat végül a 2. napon orvosolták. Étterem: Csak 6-ig van konyha! Miért? Az étellel általában nem volt gond, de egy alkalommal rántott harcsát kértünk és az büdös és nyers volt. Ezen kívűl az étlapon az allergének rosszul voltak feltüntetve, tejfehérje érzékeny a kislányunk és muszáj figyelnünk rá mit kérünk neki. Azért adok 2 csillagot mert az apartman maga és a környezet szép volt, de a jó modoron és felkészültségen bőven van mit fejleszteni. Lovely bar person though who was afraid to take our tip as the fat obnoxious owner was watching her every move and was constantly telling her to stop talking to us. Poor girl! Will NEVER return. ??
