A szabály nem ismerete valóban nem jogosít fel a szabály mellőzésére, így bár azt furcsáljuk, de megszegésének következményét is elfogadtuk. A kommunikáció hangneme viszont az első perctől sem volt éppen "partneri", semmilyen szolgáltatótól (legyen az monopol helyzetben, vagy épphogy nem!) nem ildomos. Így ugyan mi valószínűleg már nem leszünk ügyfelek, de ha az értékelésen túl még meg lettünk szólítva, akkor én is a legjobb jóindulattal kívánok partneribb hangnemet még a hozzánk hasonló rendszegőkkel szemben (sőt, esetleg a még nálunk is renitensebbekkel szemben is) és ennek következtében sok elégedett ügyfelet, jó értékelést! Ha annyira szigorú a szabályzatuk, hogy futócipőben nem léphet senki a pályára, akkor engedjenek meg két javaslatot: - Vagy már az időpontfoglalásnál jelezzék előre, hogy ne a helyszínen derüljön ez ki, hisz nem gondolom, hogy ez alapvetés lenne, ismerve más teniszpályák szabályzatait, - vagy ha mégis a helyszínen derül erre fény, akkor engedjék játszani az illetőt, hogy ne feleslegesen utazzon el Önökhöz, és figyelmeztessék, hogy legközelebb milyen felszerelésben érkezzen. Az Önök által felkínált szakadt, elhordott cipők nem jelentenek valódi megoldást, csak sérülésveszélyt. Szerintem ez lenne humánus szolgáltatás, persze ezt nem nekem kell eldöntenem. Ha a fentiek közül nem is fogadnak meg semmit, akkor csak azt kívánom, hogy egyenragú félként tekintsenek vendégeikre, hisz ezzel mindenki csak nyerne. Even if they don’t accept any of the above, I just want them to be seen as equal parties to their guests, because that’s what everyone would just win.
