Terra Metal Kft. specialises in the distribution of cast iron manhole frames and covers, gully gratings, drainage pipes, fittings, water supply pipes, drainage pipes, PVC KG pipes, KPE pipes, compact and multilayer well pipes, well pipe linings, water supply fittings, manholes, manhole bases, manhole taps, pipe repair rings, KM pressure pipes, manhole ladders, cable protection pipes, drain pipes and geotextiles. Basically we deal with all the products that are commonly used for the construction of water and sewer utilities, sewer connection and civil engineering works in Budapest. Our customers are served at our store from a 3000sqm store depot at 170 Keresztúri Street Budapest 1106, and as for items not in stock, we deliver them within a few days. Three storekeepers, a driver and two office workers are at your service in our store.

At 170 Keresztúri Street look for a concrete fence with a big board above saying TERRA METAL. (A hundred meters from ’Díszítő üzem’ bus stop on the line of bus nr. 67 departing from Örs Vezér Square.)

@TerraMetal, válaszul a "30 2079400 hívjon bennünket! Segítünk." javaslatára: köszönöm, de ennyi "segítség" éppen elég volt. Feleségem hívta Önöket, miután látta a kimagaslóan jó értékeléseket a cégükről. Konkrét termék után érdeklődött, azt is elmondta milyen célból keresi, kollégájuk azonban segítség vagy tanács helyett lekezelő stílusban lerázta, és kioktató stílusban a végén még hozzá is tette, hogy "ha nem tudja mit keres, inkább oda se menjen". Utána vettük észre, hogy a honlapjukra feltett közlemények ugyanebben a stílusban készültek. Idéznék néhányat eme "gyöngyszemek" közül: "Telefonon NEM tudunk mindenkinek rendelkezésére állni!" ; "Telefonon NEM adunk komplex árajánlatot." és még sorolhatnám. Külön "öröm" látni a csupa nagybetűs NEM-eket, egyáltalán nem lenéző és kioktató. Döbbenet, hogy egy szolgáltató szektorban tevékenykedő cég 2021-ben még mindig ilyen stílusban kommunikál az ügyfeleivel.
I would not recommend it to anyone. Customer focus is zero, helpfulness is zero. Shake maximum score. For your sake, I hope their business policy improves and they learn to deal with customers.
@TerraMetal, in response to "30 2079400 give us a call! We'll help." suggestion: thank you, but so much "help" was just enough. My wife called you after seeing the outstandingly good reviews of their company. He was interested in a specific product, he also said what purpose he was looking for, but their colleague shook it down in a condescending style instead of help or advice, and in the end of an educational style he even added that "if you don't know what you're looking for, you shouldn't go there". We then noticed that the announcements posted on their website were made in the same style. I would quote some of these "gems": "We CANNOT be available to everyone on the phone!" ; "We do NOT give a complex quote over the phone." and so on. It’s a special “pleasure” to see all the capitalized NOs, not at all contemptuous and instructive. It’s shocking that a company operating in the service sector in 2021 is still communicating with its customers in this style.

There’s really a lot to be found here, but it’s good to know what you want because you won’t find a regular shopping store here.
There is help and they are neat, the prices are okay too.
