★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kifizetett rendelésemet csak azután küldték, miután már egy hét után felhívtam őket, hogy mikorra várható, hogy küldik. A rendelt termékek egy része egyáltalán nem érkezett meg, egy másik része hibás, pl. horpadt. Rendeltem többek közt kerámia kaspót és esővízgyűjtő hordót. A kerámia kaspót minden csomagolás nélkül beletették az esővizes hordóba, ami nyilván eltört, mire hozzám ért a csomag. Ez több hete volt, email-ekre nem reagálnak, telefonban azt hazudják, hogy már postázták a hiányzó és sérült termékeket, de persze postán nem érkezik semmi. Ha lehetne 0 csillagot adni, annyit adnék.
 My paid order was shipped only after I had called them after a week when it was expected to ship. Some of the ordered products did not arrive at all, some of them were defective, eg. dented. I ordered, among other things, a ceramic pot and a rainwater barrel. The ceramic pot was placed in the rainwater barrel without any packaging, which obviously broke before the package hit me. It's been weeks ago, they don't respond to emails, they lie on the phone saying they've mailed missing and damaged products, but of course, nothing arrives in the mail. If I could give it 0 stars, I'd give it.
