M	Master Piece on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kedvesen közlik teljes inkompetenciájukat bármely ügyben, intézi nem tudnak semmit vagy nem is akarnak. Szégyen, hogy így képviseleti jogosultságot adnak vagy ez a márka valódi minőségét tükrözi?! Mindenesetre ez is egy igazi Hungarikum. They kindly report their complete incompetence in any matter, arranging they know nothing or they don’t even want to. Is it a shame that this gives them a right of representation or does it reflect the true quality of the brand ?! In any case, this is also a real Hungaricum.

Á	Ágnes Tóth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMTS kiállításon foglaltunk tesztvezetésre időpontot. Visszaigazoló e-mail-ben a MOM Park helyszínt jelölték meg. A foglalt időpontban megjelentünk a MOM Parkban, Tesla sehol. A honlapon talált telefonszámot többször hívtuk amit nem vettek fel. Ezután Óbudai szervizbe mentünk ahol az egyik kolléga közölte velünk hogy “Ja akkor onnan elköltöztek”. Ugyanez a kolléga telefonon (ő tudott ) egyeztetetni időpontot és megadta a Váci út 18-20. alatti címet. A fenti címen egy rendkívül kedves biztonsági őr közölte velünk hogy a Tesla 4 éve elköltözött... Irány Ausztria, szerintem ott megtalálom a szalont. We booked an appointment at the AMTS exhibition. The MOM Park location has been marked in a confirmation email. We showed up at MOM Park at the busy time, Tesla nowhere. The phone number found on the website was called several times which was not recorded. Then we went to the service station in Óbuda where one of our colleagues told us that "Yeah they moved out of there then". The same colleague on the phone (he could) make an appointment and gave Váci út 18-20. address below. At the above address, an extremely kind security guard told us that Tesla had moved out 4 years ago ... Head to Austria, I think I'll find the salon there.

Telefonon utolérhetetlenek, ha pedig VÉLETLENÜL ott van valaki napközben, és sikerül időpontot foglalni tesztvezetésre, akkor valamilyen ürüggyel előtte való nap mindig lemondják. Háromszor történt ez meg. Sajnálom, hogy egy ilyen színvonalas márka ilyen alkalmazottakat foglalkoztat. Invaluable. Unreliable, sneaky gang! They are unsurpassable on the phone, and if ACCIDENTALLY someone is there during the day and manages to make an appointment for a test drive, they will always cancel the day before with some excuse. This has happened three times. I am sorry that such a high quality brand employs such employees.

J	James Castleden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shockingly poor customer service. Ordered a Tesla Model S from them on 7th of September 2021. Zero correspondence from them in all that time (7 months). Phoned today (because my last 3 emails starting months ago to budapest_sales[at]tesla.com were completely ignored) and was told there were no Model S's in Europe, and it was pointless trying to order one. Was told that there is zero chance of getting my down-payment of 36,000 HUF back for making the order in the first place. These individuals come across more as scam artists than Tesla dealers, and I will be informing Tesla Inc of the brand damaging practices being deployed by this establishment.
