Rettentő pontatlan volt a rendelés és 2 hónapot csúszott az építkezésünk a késő anyagok miatt. Közben én egyeztettem a beszállítóikkal, akik más céget javasoltak végűl. Akik aztán 2nap alatt pótólták a hiányt, javasoltak kiegészítő, helyettesítő termékeket. (Lindab, Velux). A 3 csillag azért jár, mert valóban láttam, hogy nagyon igyekeznek.. de javasolnék egy olyan telefont, amit lehet némítani, mert akkor az ügyfél nem hallja mit is rontottak/felejtettek el a kollégák és kevésbé kínos. Bár így néha elég vicces volt a szerencsétlenkedés..:D drukkolok, hogy az új emberek hamar beletanuljanak és maradjanak továbbra is ilyen készségesek, kedvesek. (Már csak a profizmus hiányzik, talán majd újabb 20év múlva;) They’re terribly nice, but unfortunately the 20-year-old doesn’t show up in service. The order was terribly inaccurate and our construction was delayed for 2 months due to late materials. In the meantime, I consulted with their suppliers, who eventually suggested another company. Those who then made up for the deficit in 2 days suggested additional, substitute products. (Lindab, Velux). The 3 stars are due to the fact that I really saw that they were trying very hard .. but I would suggest a phone that can be muted because then the customer will not hear what has been ruined / forgotten by colleagues and is less embarrassing. Although the misfortune was sometimes quite funny ..: D I push for new people to learn quickly and continue to be so willing and kind. (Only professionalism is missing, maybe in another 20 years;)
L	László Grohóczki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Augusztus végén rendeltem meg a kocsibeállóra a tetőfedő anyagot. Nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt a hölgy aki 2 hét szállítási időt ígért. A kalkulációja alapján megrendeltem az anyagokat és a szállítási díjjal együtt ki is fizettem. Sok-sok telefonálás után +3 hét csúszással meg is kaptam mindent és csak egy szabadnapot kellett kivennem, hogy segítsek a sofőrnek lepakolni a teherautóról. Természetesen a mester már másnál dolgozott így vártam további 2 hetet, hogy végre le legyen fedve a tető. Megérkezett a mester, aki elmagyarázta, hogy a csavarok amiket az ajánlat részeként vásároltam nem használhatóak a lemezek rögzítéséhez, mert nem férnek el a korcok illesztésénél. Megoldottuk... Újabb probléma merült fel. Az oromszegélyből 5 db-ot gyártottak pedig a tető méretei (melyeket az ajánlat készítésénél megadtam) 8 db-ot indokolnak. Felhívtam az üzletet, hogy rendeljek még 3 db oromszegélyt. A kedves hölgy megkért, hogy fényképezzem már le az oromszegélyeket, mert ő nem tudja megnézni azt hogy én mit vásároltam nemrég. Megtörtént, 10/21.-én elküldtem a mailt fotókkal és a méretekkel. Azóta semmi nem történt. Azért én nem adtam fel... Biztosan készülnek a lemezeim... At the end of August, I ordered the roofing material for the carport. The lady who promised 2 weeks delivery time was very kind and helpful. Based on your calculation, I ordered the materials and paid for them along with the shipping fee. After many, many phone calls, I got everything with a +3 week slip and only had to take a day off to help the driver unload from the truck. Of course the master had already worked for someone else so I waited another 2 weeks for the roof to finally be covered. The master arrived who explained that the screws I bought as part of the offer could not be used to secure the plates because they did not fit the joints of the wrinkles. We solved ... Another problem has occurred. 5 pieces were made of the gable edge, and the dimensions of the roof (which I gave when making the offer) justify 8 pieces. I called the store to order 3 more pediments. The lovely lady asked me to take a photo of the edges already because she can’t see what I bought recently. It was done, I sent the email with photos and dimensions on 10/21. Nothing has happened since then. But I didn't give up ... I'm sure my records are being made ...

A kiszolgalas kicsit lassu, erdemes lenne egy elvivos rendeles eseten "atszolni" a raktarba, hogy kezdjek el a kollegak osszekesziteni a teteleket! It is one of the largest stockpiles in the country. You can find products here that I have spent days in other webshops. The service is a bit slow, it would be worthwhile to "take back" to the warehouse in case of a takeaway order, so that my colleagues can start assembling the batches!

Utána kaptam az értesítést, hogy 1 db van raktáron, a többit meg kell rendelni...Ha ez 1-2 napot vesz igénybe még nem is nagy probléma, de immár cirka 2 hete forgatják a pénzemet...A 7 ezer forintos szállítási költséget meg sem említem már! Valakinek biztos megéri :) Ui.: Nem hiszem, hogy a 21. században nehéz lenne a webshopot úgy megcsinálni, hogy ha nincs raktáron a vásárolni kívánt mennyiség, akkor ne engedje megrendelni, vagy legalábbis tájékoztasson róla még fizetés előtt !! Someone must be worth it :) Ui .: I don't think it would be difficult to do the webshop in the 21st century in such a way that if you don't have the quantity you want to buy in stock, don't let it be ordered, or at least let us know before you pay !!

Sem méretben, sem színben nem egyezett. Nehez ugyan, de megtalálták a rendelésemet. Kérdésem: miért kell 2 hetet várni egy olyan termékre, ami az országban van, nem Kínából jön, nem az Egyesült Királyságból. A kolléga termékismerete erősen fejlesztésre szorul. A személyes kommunikáció az üzletben szintén kifogásolható, a kollégák egymással beszélgetnek, azután, percek múltával jöhet a vevő. Ennek a cégnek a kis vevő nem vevő. Ezek után a milliós tételeket sem itt fogom megrendelni. A Helsinki út 63 szám alatti üzletet nem ajánlom! Nem vevőközpontú a csapat. I waited two weeks for 2 lindab products. My question is: why do I have to wait 2 weeks for a product that is in the country, not from China, not from the UK. A colleague’s product knowledge is in dire need of improvement. Personal communication in the store is also objectionable, colleagues talk to each other, then, in minutes, the customer can come. The small buyer of this company is not a buyer. After that, I won’t order millions of items here either. I do not recommend the shop at 63 Helsinki út! The team is not customer-centric.
