The guy there it's very nice, he spoke English with me and helped me in everything. Also the place it's nice and clean. The guy who attends very attentive, knew how to speak English super well and helped me with whatever I need. The place is expensive but so are all the body shop haha. The sellers are terribly irritating, they are constantly chattering to people, they are annoyingly pushing and the truth is that they don't look too demanding ... I'm sorry, but the amounts they ask for here for the products are so expensive that it would take some level .... such as in Douglas where sellers look normal, demanding.

Amire kedvesen még tudok válaszolni. De ezek után ne legyen már még kettő kör! Már meg se hallom mit akar, mert nem érdekel. Ez már eléggé rámenős, '' tukmálós'' viselkedés, ami alapján nem hogy nem vesz az ember plusszban semmit, hanem elgondolkozik, hogy a jövőben egyáltalán betegye még ide a lábát. Mindenkinél más a határ, de ha már annyira keresztértékesíteni kell (minek amúgy?!), akkor legyen már egy kör elég és a kedves eladó fogadja el a nem választ. A három '' tukmálós'' kör nem ügyfélbarát. Rámenős viselkelkedés.... I believe that selling is important to everyone and it is also the job of the employees to offer me other things, actions, so a sentence referring to this might be acceptable (it depends on the person). Which I can kindly answer. But then there should be no more two laps! I can't even hear what you want because I don't care. This is a rather pushy, "toe-in" behavior, which means that you are not buying anything extra, but thinking about putting your foot in here in the future. Everyone has a different boundary, but if it's already so cross-selling (why anyway ?!), let's have enough and the dear seller will accept the no answer. The three "clogging" circles are not customer friendly. Pushy behavior ....

Hibás terméket vittem vissza a vásárlás másnapján, cserére nem volt lehetőség, és nem adták vissza a vételárat (amit elég nonszensznek tartok). Levásárlást ajánlottak fel. Végignéztem a bolt kínálatát, amit az egyik eladó hölgy eléggé rámenős sales stílusban szakított meg rendszeresen. Zavaró volt, igyekeztem minél hamarabb végezni. Végül 2 leárazott termékre esett a választásom, és az egyiket nem a megjelölt áron adták el, amit csak itthon vettem észre. Mivel pár száz forint a különbözet, inkább nem foglalkozok vele, megkímélem magam egy újabb stresszes Body Shop élménytől, másoknak is ezt javaslom. I was repeatedly discouraged from spending money on this brand once again. I returned a defective product the day after purchase, there was no option to exchange it, and the purchase price was not refunded (which I consider pretty nonsense). They offered to buy it. I looked through the store’s offerings, which one of the sales ladies interrupted on a regular basis in a rather pushy sales style. It was confusing, I tried to finish as soon as possible. In the end, I chose 2 discounted products and one was not sold at the indicated price, which I only noticed at home. Since the difference is a few hundred forints, I prefer not to deal with it, I spare myself another stressful Body Shop experience, I recommend this to others as well.
B	Barbara Nagy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alapvetően nagyon szeretem a termékeiket, viszont az a nyomulás amit az eladók csinálnak elképesztő, gondolom muszáj nekik, viszont nagyon jó lenne ezen változtatni, mert én nem hiszem,hogy bemegyek még egyszer. Alig tudtam megvenni a szerencsétlen cuccot amiért mentem, az eladó folyton a szavamba vágva sorolta mivel járnék még nagyon jól. Ezt több boltban is tapasztaltam nem csak a Mammutban, szóval gondolom központi mentalitás. Értem,hogy profit meg minden, de teljesen elveszik az ember kedvét a vásárlástól. Ha ez nem változik keresek egy másik helyet, ahol normálisan tudok vásárolni. Basically, I really like their products, but the push that the sellers are doing is amazing, I think they have to, but it would be great to change that, because I don’t think I’ll go in again. I could barely buy the unfortunate stuff I went for, the seller kept cutting my word as I would still be doing very well. I’ve experienced this in several stores, not just Mammut, so I think it’s a central mentality. I understand that profit and all, but they completely discourage one from buying. If that doesn’t change I’m looking for another place where I can normally shop.
