Unfriendly, jerk owner. We left 400,000 there for 3 days, in the end we were almost sent to hurry. We overpaid for 8,000, he didn’t give it back, but Pökhendin said in a contemptuous style not to go into it and not give it back. It is not possible to make a sound after 10. I don't recommend it to anyone, we're definitely not going back.

In defense of the accommodation, I would describe that I was also vacationing there with my family, when the people under me were also there. I had nothing to do with their settlement, but the Vietnamese company was constantly noisy, drunk drunk in the pool and the dining area in the yard they were using was messy. The apartment house is of course clean, the yard and pool are beautiful and I can only hope that the owner manages to filter out dating companies like the Vietnamese.

The host was very rude and bunky. We arrived with our friends as discussed, for 3 nights. We paid over 400,000 for the 3 nights and when we were “checking out” we wanted to talk about the overpayment in terms of price (8k) but the owner didn’t react as it should have but said “let’s not go into this anymore” very with a bad attitude. We handed over the caucasian, which we also got back at the end of the trip. However, we still had to ask for the bill because they didn’t give it away. They sent the bill, for which they added extra things that were not already listed in the description of the accommodation. These should have been communicated in advance, not in retrospect. So then why weren't they deducted from this money and sent back the rest? Why did they send the full deposit back and then figure out in the end that we have to pay extra ?? Plus, we arrived by car, they said we could park inside, but at the end he told us that he didn’t allow us to park room 7 because of us. If they can’t see guests and handle situations then they shouldn’t have accepted a group of 15 young people in the beginning. In the evening, after 10 we were a little loud and they came to shoot us right away. I really don't recommend this place, I really can't afford the money and the host isn't fair either.

Last year we were here for the first time with a big group of friends, lots and lots of kids and we rented the whole place for 4 nights. We came back here again this year and certainly not for the last time. The rooms are nice, well equipped, the place is clean, the owners are constantly improving something. We fulfill our requests, pay attention to the small details. For example, we citizens come by bike everywhere on holiday. Last year we even propped the bikes to each other for the fence, it wasn’t practical. Learning from this, the owners have built a large, covered bike storage this year to make it convenient for everyone. They pay attention to the guests and their needs as well. I recommend it to larger companies with a good heart!

We were in this place twice, with lots of kids and big company. In both cases, cleanliness and order were received. The rules put in place served to maintain this, but the owners were able to be flexible and develop in line with life. For the second time, we have seen improvements from the lessons learned a year earlier. Thank you for your hospitality! I can only recommend!
