★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice cocktails for a good price. Terrace is a little bit small, so sometimes you have to sit inside. Also, by law they have to close the terrace at 23:00. But it is a nice pub with friendly personel. Absolutely worth it of you are staying at the Mercure hotel across the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited just for few minutes, got a nice pint of Pilsener Urquell.Very lively spot and get super busy in the evenings, this is probably the smallest pointers pub in Budapest, but definitely well recommended to have a drinks on the way to city centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good pub to have a few drinks and relax after a day of waking through the city.
The place is located really close to the center and main means of transportation. It's a clean, small pub that has outside seating. They serve drinks, fast food and snacks.
They have draught beer and also bottled and imported British beers. They also have wines, cocktails and different party / group shots. The beer price ranges from 500 HUF to a couple of thousands and it's for the most quality beer.
The food they serve is average, mostly fat food like pizzas and such, but they do also have salads.
The service was very fast and good the day I was there, but the place wasn't too crowded. The staff speaks English so you'll have no trouble ordering. It makes sense since the pub is part of a large group of pubs catered for British people.
They also usually show some kind of sports, so if you're a fan this is the place to be.
The inside looks like a regular British pub. It's clean, but a bit dark and the bathrooms could use some renovation, but overall it's a good place to rest and enjoy some quality beers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great British pub, popular but not uncomfortably crowded during day or evening. Have a great Hungarian three course meal if you want to give the Hungarian cuisine a go. No nonsense, lots of cheap drinks and food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lemonade was pretty good. The food wasn't terrible, i got the chicken breast, french fries, and salad. The fries were good, crispy on the outside, soft in the inside, well salted. The chicken breast was not great, kind of bland, and quite dry. The salad was average. The atmosphere is quite lively and would be a fun place to come with some friends to have a good night.
This would get a 3 star review from me however i did not drink tonight and since it is a pub it isnt fair to rate it solely on the food when that isnt its selling point. Given the wide array if drinks available i would say it is a pretty established pub and i think it would do quite well for itself on a fun weekend night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our last evening in Budapest before heading to the next venue in the next city, we were wandering aimlessly, checking things out, and quite literally stumbled upon this place.
Luckily for us, they had menus attached to the tables outside. We took a quick peak and collectively said "yep!"
I had the 3-Course Hungarian Dinner:
1. Goulash Soup w/ an unnecessarily delicious homemade roll that was baked and toasted to something more perfect than perfection.
2. Chicken Paprikash. I've never had this before (that I'm aware of, doesn't mean it didn't happen in a haze one evening though...), and I'm quite sad I've not had something as delectable as this in my mouth since I was a wee lad.
3. Palascintas for dessert (delicious crepes with yumminess jammed everywhere you can jam yumminess into yumminess)!
My one buddy had a burger and fries and a full size order of palascintas (pictured) he REALLY enjoyed, and the other bloke?
Welllllllllll, the other bloke had himself a full English breakfast. Being a British fella, he was pleasantly surprised when it was on the menu, then again when it was in his mouth! I even stole a bite of the blood pudding and I have to agree!
- KG! ??????
