★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable place you must visit in Hungary. Absolutely amazing experience. Sevice is a bit old style but the cave worth everything. Stuff is friendly but their English is quite poor.
Kids even babies are welcome.
The place offer whole day and 4-hours tickets. For sauna area you need to purchase additional ticket.
There's a cafe looking a bit like a soviet canteen but food is really good.
Take a couple of towels, bathrobe and slippers.
Massage and spa programs can be booked inside.
There's no parking on the territory. You can park about 100 m away at the public parking right before you turn from the main road on your right fof 220 huf / hour or next to the hotel kitty for 1800 huf fof the whole day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything nice, clear. We was there during winter so we missed small hot water place for small kids for playing. Stupid thing is that if you don't buy tickets for everything, and then you want buy tickets because sauna is plus money. It's not possible buy inside on reception but you must go outside on gate. It's crazy during winter, outside under 0 and you must wear and than come back.... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are different rooms/Caves with different temperatures. It's big enough for a crowded day. Inside can't swim, but just relax. Outside is a big pool where you can swim, if weather allows. Overall, was decent. Very nice idea, but improvements should be done. I had issue with bracelet and locker and seemed hard for personnel to just replace it, quite annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place to visit with kids. Not really a thermal pool, it's more of a regular pool with very thin corridors. Definitely not something for clausthrophobes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much kids around and they can actually freely roam about even when there are places obviously meant for adults you will still stump into a kid somewhere (all the yelling and cries aside)
Try to avoid weekends
A good place to see given its authenticity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pictures does not represent a reality. Place is very old, dirty and often also overcrowded. Max. of 2hrs for visit is enough. The original idea and quite a long history makes this place interesting but it really needs a complete renovation. They should close and really start to renovate. Everything and everywhere…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place. Some pools are accessible for wheelchair users if you go on sides or corner. Place is crowded on weekends. Sometimes the kids are problem because they scream a lot and the echoing in the cave is really loud. So not much for relaxing if it's crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price of the ticket is 2,300 Ft for each adult. The cave is pretty cool but the water is kind of cold (30 degree Celsius only). You’ll probably stay there for 1-2 hours and start to feel boring.
