I	Ilona Joone Boer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erkezeskor a csomagokat kezbe kellett felcipelni, mert nincs kiskocsi. A hotelba alkoholt bevinni tilos, viszont 3 dl langyos voros bort 2400 ft ert szamlaztak. A reggeli ivaloban kifogastalan volt, a vacsorahoz felkinalt savanyusag es a "desszert" szegenyes volt. A szobahiz csakvegy magneskulcsot adtak, meg keresunkre sem volt tobb, igy igen kellemetlen volt, amikor ketten ketfele programot terveztunk es sokszor elkerultuk egymast. On arrival, the packages had to be carried in their hands because there is no trolley. It is forbidden to bring alcohol into the hotel, but 3 dl of lukewarm red wine was charged for 2400 ft. The breakfast was impeccable, the pickles offered for dinner and the "dessert" were poor. The room fellow was given only a magnetic key, and there was nothing more to look for, so it was very inconvenient when we both planned two programs and often avoided each other.
I	Imréné Nagy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A szálloda valóban kopott, erősen felújításra szorul. E miatt az a benyomás, hogy nincs tisztaság...A szobák tiszták, de a berendezés is szegényes, kopott. A takarítók jöttek. A személyzet átlagon felül volt előzékeny, kedves, szolgálatkész, amit kiemelnénk!!!! Az étkezéssel nem volt gond: valóban a választék nem volt túl nagy, de ami volt, az finom volt, és svédasztalos. Volt ital is, és desszert is. Mi a belső welness-ben nem voltunk, de a kinti jó volt, igaz, az utolsó napra a meleg (thermál) kicsit hűvösebb volt, de a víz tisztaságával nem volt gond. Amit furcsálltunk, hogy a bár nem volt nyitva, lehet, személyzet nem volt hozzá...A szálloda tele volt, tehát sokan érezték ezt jónak...Az ár-érték arány megfelelő. Összességében jól éreztük magunkat, kicsit messze van, de lehet. máskor is elmegyünk, főleg, ha felújítják (bár lehet, akkor jóval drágább lesz) The hotel is really worn out and needs a lot of renovation. Because of this, the impression is that there is no cleanliness ... The rooms are clean, but the equipment is also poor, worn. The cleaners came. The staff was above average attentive, kind, helpful, which we would highlight !!!! There was no problem with the meal: indeed the selection was not too large, but what it was was delicious and buffet style. There was also a drink and dessert. We weren’t in indoor wellness, but the outside was good, true, the warm (thermal) was a little cooler by the last day, but there was no problem with the purity of the water. What was weird was that the bar wasn't open, maybe staff wasn't there ... The hotel was full, so many felt good ... The value for money was good. Overall, we had a good time, a little far, but it could be. we will leave at other times as well, especially if they are renovated (although it may be, it will be much more expensive)

Ott szerettük volna tölteni a karácsonyt a párommal. 2020 októberében átutaltam önöknek 60000 ft-ot. Sajnálatos módon a COVID miatt nem jöhetett létre az utazás. Önök erről levélben értesítettek és leírták a teendőket,én úgy cselekedtem. Időben és szabályosan reagáltam és visszaigényeltem a befizetett pénzt,a levelük alapján erre jogom van. Sajnos ezt a pénzt azóta sem kaptam meg. Több levelet és telefont intéztem önökhöz,de mindig türelmet kértek. Úgy érzem jogosan lejárt a türelmem.
