K	Klaus Manhart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nette Bedienung. Hier gibt es keinen Buffet Betrieb. Jedoch ist das Essen nicht besonders. Nice service. There is no buffet service here. However, the food is not special.

Na objednání, jsme několikrát čekali více než 15.minut. ( okolo 14hodiny,žádná špička)Dvakrát reklamovali jídlo. např. obalený smažený sýr uplně studený. Areál lázní naštěstí poskytuje i jiné možnosti občerstvení. Tento rok již ,budeme jíst jinde a uvidíme za rok. Takže po roce. Druhou tatarku asi nedostanu a druhé pivo taky nebude. Tak si počkám pár hodin na zaplacení a půjdeme jinam. Proč to děláte? Je tu celkem šest lidí a naprostý nezájem. We have been going to the Buk spa for over 5 years. We have always enjoyed visiting this restaurant. The food is delicious and fresh. Helpful staff. This year, however, both are limping. To order, we waited several times for more than 15 minutes. (around 2 pm, no rush hour) Twice they claimed food. eg coated fried cheese completely cold. Fortunately, the spa area also provides other refreshment options. This year already, we will eat elsewhere and see in a year. So after a year. I probably won't get the second tartare and there won't be a second beer either. So I'll wait a few hours to pay and we'll go somewhere else. Why are you doing this? There are a total of six people and complete disinterest.

V	V. Béla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A környezet rendben, a kiszolgálás udvarias, gyors. A csevapcsicsi sajnos kiábrándító. Csalódottságunkat a felszolgáló sajnálattal tudomásul vette és NEM számlázta. Ezzel és a kávéval pontokat mentett. The environment is okay, the service is polite, fast. Unfortunately, the chat room is disappointing. Our attendant regretted our frustration and did NOT bill him. He saved points with this and the coffee.
